【摘要】：高校教師教育是高校師資建設(shè)的重點(diǎn),以高校為主體的單一渠道模式不能滿足高校教師教育的需要。協(xié)同創(chuàng)新理論要求多主體互動(dòng)合作,集體創(chuàng)新,在深層次合作的基礎(chǔ)上形成教師教育共同體,從而使高校教師的教學(xué)、科研與實(shí)踐活動(dòng)結(jié)為一體,提升教師專業(yè)水平。高校教師教育共同體的構(gòu)建需要樹立開放的教師教育觀,構(gòu)建協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的任務(wù)分配機(jī)制,構(gòu)建課程資源平臺(tái),制定科學(xué)的教師教育評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并關(guān)注高校教師的精神成長(zhǎng),從而打造高質(zhì)量的教師教育。
[Abstract]:Teacher education in colleges and universities is the focal point of the construction of teachers in colleges and universities, and the single channel mode with colleges and universities as the main body can not meet the needs of teachers' education in colleges and universities. The theory of synergetic innovation requires multi-subject interactive cooperation, collective innovation, and the formation of teacher education community on the basis of deep-level cooperation, so that teachers' teaching, scientific research and practical activities in colleges and universities can be integrated into one, and teachers' professional level can be promoted. The construction of teacher education community in colleges and universities needs to establish an open concept of teacher education, construct a cooperative and innovative task allocation mechanism, construct a platform of curriculum resources, formulate scientific evaluation standards for teacher education, and pay attention to the spiritual growth of university teachers. So as to create a high-quality teacher education.
