【摘要】：保持價值中立與責任倫理的原則是大學治理的價值邏輯。當前,大學治理的主要困境有"府學關(guān)系"不清、學術(shù)與行政糾纏、學者商人化傾向。對此,應在重塑治理理念的引導下,完善大學的組織架構(gòu)與多元權(quán)力競爭體制,調(diào)節(jié)信念、決策、執(zhí)行與監(jiān)督制度間的彈性。將倫理與方法論關(guān)聯(lián)層次的制度規(guī)約相統(tǒng)一,推動中國特色現(xiàn)代大學制度的建設進程,構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代大學治理體系。
[Abstract]:The principle of value neutrality and responsibility ethics is the value logic of university governance. At present, the main difficulties of university governance are unclear "fuxue relationship", academic and administrative entanglement, and the tendency of scholars to become businessmen. Therefore, under the guidance of reinventing the concept of governance, we should perfect the organizational structure of the university and the pluralistic power competition system, adjust the belief, make decisions, execute and supervise the system of flexibility. In order to promote the construction process of modern university system with Chinese characteristics and construct the modern university governance system, this paper unifies the system of ethics and methodology.
