【摘要】：人才是任何戰(zhàn)略推行的支點與關鍵,"一帶一路"倡議離不開組織、工程、非通用語言等方面人才的保障。然而,由于國家意志及教育定位上階段性差異,面對"一帶一路"的人才需求,目前國內高等教育人才培養(yǎng)體系將面臨著較大的挑戰(zhàn),需要對當下高等教育路徑進行較大的轉向。研究認為,為滿足"一帶一路"倡議對人才的需求,高等教育在實施過程中,應該加快中西部高校建設,注重應用型人才的發(fā)展,重視"絲路"區(qū)域的大學聯(lián)盟并拓展留學生教育,同時,要建構平臺與標準促進"高精尖"與復合型人才的培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Talent is the fulcrum and key of any strategy. "Belt and Road" initiative can not be separated from the guarantee of talents in organization, engineering, non-universal language and so on. However, due to the stage difference in national will and educational orientation, facing the demand of "Belt and Road", the present domestic higher education talent training system will face a great challenge. Need to carry on the bigger turn to the current higher education path. In order to meet the demand for talents in the "Belt and Road" initiative, higher education should speed up the construction of colleges and universities in the central and western regions and pay attention to the development of application-oriented talents. Attach importance to the university alliance in the "Silk Road" region and expand the education of overseas students. At the same time, we should construct a platform and standards to promote the cultivation of "high caliber" and compound talents.
