【摘要】：文化是大學(xué)賴以生存、發(fā)展的根基和血脈,也是大學(xué)之間相互區(qū)別的重要標(biāo)志和特征。近年來(lái),各高校通過不斷地探索和積極的實(shí)踐,高校校園文化建設(shè)取得了初步成效。但是,在高等教育大眾化進(jìn)程中,高校校園文化建設(shè)還存在著諸多不足,尤其是一些地方高校沒有顯現(xiàn)特色鮮明的校園文化,存在“千篇一律”現(xiàn)象。如何更加有效發(fā)揮地方高校的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì),構(gòu)建特色校園文化成為地方高校發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要命題。本文運(yùn)用組織文化的理論,明確校園文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)容和功能,客觀分析湖州師范學(xué)院校園文化建設(shè)的成效與不足,以及湖州師范學(xué)院構(gòu)建特色校園文化建設(shè)的條件,借鑒中外高校校園文化建設(shè)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),來(lái)提出湖州師范學(xué)院作為一所地方高校,校園文化建設(shè)應(yīng)當(dāng)立足本校、立足地方、立足傳統(tǒng),在挖掘、概括自身的文化基因基礎(chǔ)上,加以提煉、升華,進(jìn)行鞏固、放大,建成以“明體達(dá)用”文化為特質(zhì),注重時(shí)代精神、富有區(qū)域特征、繼承湖師傳統(tǒng)的高水平的大學(xué)文化,形成一種提升大學(xué)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、促進(jìn)學(xué)�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展的精神力量。
[Abstract]:Culture is not only the foundation and blood of university survival and development, but also the important symbol and characteristic of the difference between universities. In recent years, through continuous exploration and positive practice, the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities has made initial achievements. However, in the process of popularization of higher education, there are still many deficiencies in the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities, especially in some local colleges and universities, which do not show distinctive campus culture, and there is a phenomenon of "stereotype". How to give full play to the unique advantages of local colleges and universities and how to construct characteristic campus culture become an important proposition for the development of local colleges and universities. Based on the theory of organizational culture, this paper clarifies the content and function of campus culture construction, analyzes objectively the effect and deficiency of campus culture construction of Huzhou normal University, and the conditions of constructing characteristic campus culture in Huzhou normal College. Drawing on the practical experience of campus culture construction at home and abroad, this paper puts forward that the campus culture construction of Huzhou normal University, as a local university, should be based on its own school, place and tradition, and on the basis of excavating and summarizing its own cultural genes. To refine, sublimate, consolidate, amplify, and build a high level university culture that is characterized by the culture of "clear body for use", pays attention to the spirit of the times, is rich in regional characteristics, inherits the tradition of lake teachers, and forms a kind of university core competitiveness. The spiritual power to promote the sustainable development of schools.
