【摘要】：當(dāng)前,新生代農(nóng)民工群體已構(gòu)成為我國城市勞動力市場的主體,對新生代農(nóng)民工的教育培訓(xùn),提升他們的人力資本,已成為我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和升級中決定其成敗的關(guān)鍵。本文主要以寧波市成人高等院校參與農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀作為研究對象,著重分析政府、成人高等院校、企業(yè)、新生代農(nóng)民工等各培訓(xùn)主體在新生代農(nóng)民工教育培訓(xùn)中的現(xiàn)狀與問題,提出建議,進(jìn)一步構(gòu)建與完善當(dāng)前我國新生代農(nóng)民工成人教育理論體系,也為成人高等院校在生源逐年下降的情況下,探索出新的辦學(xué)的思路。本文由六章組成:第一章緒論。主要概述國內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀,以及選題的背景與意義,闡述研究內(nèi)容、研究意義和研究方法。第二章相關(guān)概念及其理論分析。主要對相關(guān)概念和理論進(jìn)行界定和分析,提出本研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章寧波市成人高等院校參與新生代農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀。本章主要是通過問卷、訪談等調(diào)查方法,進(jìn)行實地調(diào)研后,呈現(xiàn)培訓(xùn)工作的開展情況包括參與培訓(xùn)的基本條件、優(yōu)勢以及培訓(xùn)的主要模式。第四章寧波市成人高等院校參與新生代農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)存在的主要問題及原因。根據(jù)問卷和調(diào)查的結(jié)果,從分析成人高等院校與政府、企業(yè)、新生代農(nóng)民工的關(guān)系入手,總結(jié)目前寧波市成人高等院校參與新生代農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)中存在六個主要問題,運用相關(guān)理論分析了問題的成因。第五章國外相關(guān)培訓(xùn)的啟示。汲取了美國、日本、德國三個發(fā)達(dá)國家相關(guān)培訓(xùn)的經(jīng)驗,從立法、培訓(xùn)模式、經(jīng)費籌措、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)成果認(rèn)定等五個方面分析國外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗對我國新生代農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)的借鑒。第六章改進(jìn)寧波市成人高等院校參與新生代農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)工作的對策和建議。從成人高等院校如何在培訓(xùn)中與政府、企業(yè)、新生代農(nóng)民工各培訓(xùn)主體聯(lián)動的角度提出相關(guān)的建議和對策。
[Abstract]:At present, the new generation of migrant workers has become the main body of our country's urban labor market, the education and training of the new generation of migrant workers, to enhance their human capital, It has become the key to determine the success or failure of the adjustment and upgrading of China's industrial structure. This paper mainly takes Ningbo adult colleges and universities as the research object to participate in the training of migrant workers, focusing on the analysis of the government, adult institutions of higher learning and enterprises. The current situation and problems of the new generation of migrant workers and other training subjects in the education and training of the new generation of migrant workers, and put forward some suggestions to further construct and improve the theoretical system of adult education of the new generation of migrant workers in China.
