【摘要】：優(yōu)良家風(fēng)是在家庭生活中產(chǎn)生的對(duì)家庭成員的言行具有價(jià)值導(dǎo)向與行為規(guī)范作用且具有顯著代際傳播效能的相對(duì)穩(wěn)定與正向的家庭風(fēng)氣。優(yōu)良家風(fēng)表征并促進(jìn)著社會(huì)風(fēng)氣的傳承與完善。當(dāng)代中國,家風(fēng)是傳承和發(fā)展中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的重要路徑,是家庭成員人格成長與道德發(fā)展重要的影響源或“營養(yǎng)劑”,是家庭教育的主要載體和目標(biāo)。對(duì)任何一個(gè)家庭成員而言,建立在親情、血緣關(guān)系之上的家風(fēng)與家風(fēng)教育,其效果是任何學(xué)校教育與課堂教學(xué)等其他教育途徑都難以替代的。良好的家風(fēng)不僅有助于和諧、幸福家庭生活的構(gòu)建,而且對(duì)子女的高雅成長、健康發(fā)展具有十分重要的規(guī)范、引導(dǎo)和風(fēng)化作用。本文認(rèn)為,優(yōu)良的家風(fēng)內(nèi)在地具有道德價(jià)值、道德教育價(jià)值。對(duì)家庭教育而言,優(yōu)良的家風(fēng)既為其有效進(jìn)行提供氛圍與條件,其自身又是家庭教育的目標(biāo)追求之一;對(duì)學(xué)校教育而言,優(yōu)良的家風(fēng)與學(xué)校道德教育合力促進(jìn)學(xué)生的道德成長。本文主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法與訪談法,較為完整地闡述了家風(fēng)所蘊(yùn)含的道德教育價(jià)值,包括:優(yōu)良家風(fēng)是涵育兒童優(yōu)良道德人格的重要資源;優(yōu)良家風(fēng)是促動(dòng)兒童道德成長、實(shí)現(xiàn)道德社會(huì)化的重要路徑;優(yōu)良家風(fēng)是推動(dòng)和諧家庭、和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)的重要實(shí)踐方略;優(yōu)良家風(fēng)是傳承中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的必要措施。以此為基礎(chǔ),從仁愛正義、濡染風(fēng)化、修齊治平三個(gè)方面撮要論述了中國優(yōu)良家風(fēng)教育傳統(tǒng)的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)及其當(dāng)代啟示。接下來,對(duì)當(dāng)代中國家風(fēng)教育的現(xiàn)狀及省思作了基于現(xiàn)象分析與典型案例分析的敘述。最后,從四個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了優(yōu)良家風(fēng)教育的對(duì)策建議,包括:優(yōu)化家庭教育的觀念,發(fā)揮家風(fēng)的道德教育價(jià)值;家庭教育應(yīng)汲取中國優(yōu)良家風(fēng)教育的傳統(tǒng)與經(jīng)驗(yàn);不斷豐富家風(fēng)的內(nèi)涵、積極拓展家庭教育的資源;探索多元化的家庭教育途徑,提高家風(fēng)教育的成效等。
[Abstract]:Good family style is a relatively stable and positive family atmosphere which has the function of value orientation and behavior norm to the words and deeds of family members and has significant intergenerational transmission effect. The inheritance and perfection of social ethos. Family style is an important way to inherit and develop Chinese excellent traditional culture, is an important source of influence or "nutrition agent" for the growth of family members' personality and moral development, and is the main carrier and goal of family education. The effect of home-style education, which is based on kinship and blood relationship, is difficult to replace by any other educational means, such as school education and classroom teaching. A good family style is not only conducive to the construction of harmonious and happy family life, Moreover, it plays an important role in regulating, guiding and weathering children's elegant growth and healthy development. This paper holds that good family style has intrinsic moral value and moral education value. The fine family style not only provides the atmosphere and conditions for its effective implementation, but also itself is one of the goals of family education. The fine family style and the school moral education combine together to promote the student's moral growth. This article mainly uses the literature method and the interview method, has explained the moral education value which the family style contains relatively completely, It includes: fine family style is an important resource to cultivate children's fine moral personality, good family style is an important path to promote children's moral growth and realize moral socialization, good family style is an important practical strategy to promote harmonious family and harmonious society construction. The fine family style is the necessary measure to inherit the excellent Chinese traditional culture. Based on this, this paper summarizes the historical experience and contemporary enlightenment of the fine family style education tradition in China from three aspects of benevolence and justice, acculturation, and Qi Zhiping. Based on the analysis of phenomena and typical cases, this paper gives a description of the present situation and thinking of the education of home style in contemporary China. Finally, the author constructs the countermeasures and suggestions for the education of fine family style from four aspects, including: optimizing the concept of family education, Family education should draw on the tradition and experience of fine family style education in China, enrich the connotation of family style, actively expand the resources of family education, and explore diversified ways of family education. Improve the effectiveness of home style education, etc.
