【摘要】：高等教育自學(xué)考試是一種個(gè)人自學(xué)、社會(huì)助學(xué)和國(guó)家考試相結(jié)合的高等教育形式，極具中國(guó)特色，是我國(guó)高等教育的重要組成部分。本文以湖南省自學(xué)考試為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)高等教育自學(xué)考試的性質(zhì)、特點(diǎn)，以高等教育大眾化、終身教育和自我導(dǎo)向?qū)W習(xí)等理論為支撐，運(yùn)用專家訪談法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法，，對(duì)湖南省高等教育自學(xué)考試的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究，從中發(fā)現(xiàn)了湖南省高等教育自學(xué)考試在取得巨大成就的同時(shí)，還存在著一些不容忽視的問題。其取得的成就主要表現(xiàn)為：促進(jìn)了湖南省高等教育形式的多樣化、成為湖南省高等教育大眾化的主體之一、為湖南省培養(yǎng)了大批實(shí)用性人才、推動(dòng)了湖南省高等教育自學(xué)考試在農(nóng)村的蓬勃發(fā)展、豐富了湖南省高等教育教學(xué)改革方面的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。而存在的問題主要有：專業(yè)和課程設(shè)置缺乏科學(xué)性、助學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)職能缺位、試卷保密工作存在安全隱患及考務(wù)組織工作不嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)鹊�。湖南省高等教育自學(xué)考試中的問題，既有來自國(guó)家、承辦學(xué)校方面的原因，又有來自自考助學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)方面的原因，還有來自自考生自身方面的原因。針對(duì)存在的主要問題，論文綜合運(yùn)用政策分析與經(jīng)驗(yàn)方法，從調(diào)整專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量、構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代助學(xué)模式、加強(qiáng)試卷安全保密、強(qiáng)化考務(wù)管理、提高教材質(zhì)量等方面提出了積極的對(duì)策，并且從宏觀層面提出了構(gòu)建高等教育自學(xué)考試質(zhì)量保障體系的設(shè)想，旨在促進(jìn)湖南省高等教育自學(xué)考試的健康、持續(xù)發(fā)展，滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)和人民群眾對(duì)高等教育的多元化需求，搭建終身學(xué)習(xí)的平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:The higher education self-study examination is a kind of individual self-study, the social aid and the national examination unifies the higher education form, extremely has the Chinese characteristic. It is an important part of higher education in our country. This article takes the self-study examination of Hunan Province as the research object, according to the nature and characteristic of the self-study examination of higher education, popularizes the higher education. Based on the theory of life-long education and self-directed learning, this paper makes an empirical study on the present situation of higher education self-study examination in Hunan Province by means of expert interview and mathematical statistics. It is found that there are still some problems which can not be ignored while the self-study examination of higher education in Hunan Province has made great achievements. The main achievements are: promoting the diversification of higher education forms in Hunan Province. It has become one of the main bodies of the popularization of higher education in Hunan Province, which has trained a large number of practical talents for Hunan Province, and promoted the vigorous development of self-study examination of higher education in Hunan Province in rural areas. It enriches the practical experience in the teaching reform of higher education in Hunan Province. However, the main problems are: the lack of scientific specialty and curriculum, the absence of the functions of student aid institutions. The problems in the self-study examination of higher education in Hunan Province are due to the reasons of the state and the undertaking of the school. There are also the reasons from the self-examination institutions, and from the self-examinee 's own reasons. In view of the main problems, the paper comprehensively applies policy analysis and empirical methods, from the adjustment of the professional structure. Some positive countermeasures are put forward such as improving service quality, constructing modern aid mode, strengthening safety and secrecy of examination papers, strengthening examination administration and improving the quality of teaching materials. And from the macro level put forward the construction of higher education self-study examination quality assurance system in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Hunan higher education self-study examination. To meet the diversified needs of the economic society and the people for higher education and to build a platform for lifelong learning.
