摘要：

新的形勢下，隨著高等教育大眾化、普及化程度的不斷提高，成人高等教育越來越受到重視。成人高等教育也同全日制在校大學(xué)生教育類似，都要有教學(xué)和管理兩方面主要的工作。其中的成人學(xué)生教育管理同教學(xué)相得益彰，只有管理工作做得好，才能保證教學(xué)任務(wù)順利進行，同時良好的教學(xué)秩序又反作用于學(xué)生教育管理工作。本文主要研究新形勢下，成人高等教育中學(xué)生管理面臨的現(xiàn)狀、存在的主要問題及解決問題的對策等內(nèi)容。

Abstract： 

Under the new situation, with the popularization and popularity of higher education, increasing impor-tance has been attached to adult higher education. Adult higher education is similar to education of full time college students, including teaching and management. Adult education's management and teaching can make complement each other; well management can guarantee pretty work of the teaching task. At the same time, good teaching order can also improve the management work. This paper mainly studies the main problems in adult education managing of current sa-tiation.
