案例教學(xué)法在初中法律知識(shí)教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:案例教學(xué)法作為一種在教育教學(xué)中運(yùn)用廣泛和有效的方法,在理論和實(shí)踐中已經(jīng)取得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,并且其特點(diǎn)符合新課程改革標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及新的教學(xué)理念,但是在具體的學(xué)科中某一知識(shí)教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用還不是很突出。在初中法律知識(shí)教學(xué)中應(yīng)用案例教學(xué)法,符合初中法律部分教學(xué)目標(biāo)和教學(xué)內(nèi)容,是推進(jìn)法律知識(shí)素質(zhì)教育的重要途徑之一。本文試圖通過對(duì)案例教學(xué)法特點(diǎn)的分析,結(jié)合具體案例和實(shí)踐研究在新課程改革標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及新的教學(xué)理念下,如何在初中法律知識(shí)課堂上應(yīng)用案例教學(xué)法,以期能夠?qū)Ω倪M(jìn)該方法在實(shí)踐中存在的主要問題有所幫助。本文主要分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分:主要論述了案例教學(xué)法在初中法律知識(shí)教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用的必要性。之所以強(qiáng)調(diào),是因?yàn)樗浅踔蟹山虒W(xué)目標(biāo)和教學(xué)內(nèi)容的需要,是改變傳統(tǒng)知識(shí)教學(xué)的需要,同時(shí)也是推進(jìn)法律知識(shí)素質(zhì)教育的需要。第二部分:主要論述了案例教學(xué)法在初中法律知識(shí)教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用原則與步驟。首先闡述了案例教學(xué)法在初中法律知識(shí)教學(xué)中的運(yùn)用原則,并對(duì)每個(gè)原則進(jìn)行具體分析。其次闡述了案例教學(xué)法在初中法律知識(shí)教學(xué)中運(yùn)用的一般步驟,課前準(zhǔn)備、課堂實(shí)施、鞏固與提升。第三部分:闡述了初中法律知識(shí)教學(xué)中案例教學(xué)法運(yùn)用存在的主要問題。主要是由以下幾個(gè)原因造成的:重形式輕實(shí)質(zhì);忽略法律踐行;師生之間未形成有效互動(dòng);案例教學(xué)效果不佳;案例教學(xué)與明辨是非未結(jié)合。第四部分:基于對(duì)初中法律知識(shí)教學(xué)中運(yùn)用案例教學(xué)法主要存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)案例教學(xué)法在初中法律知識(shí)教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,需做到:寓法律知識(shí)與案例之中;最好采用“一案到底”的做法;引導(dǎo)學(xué)生反思;注重對(duì)學(xué)生表現(xiàn)的支持和鼓勵(lì);堅(jiān)持正確的原則和導(dǎo)向。
[Abstract]:As a widely used and effective method in education and teaching, case teaching method has made great progress in theory and practice, and its characteristics are in line with the new curriculum reform standards and new teaching concepts, but the application in a specific subject of knowledge teaching is not very prominent. The application of case teaching method in the teaching of legal knowledge in junior middle school is in line with the teaching objectives and contents of the legal part of junior high school, and is one of the important ways to promote the quality education of legal knowledge. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the case teaching method, combined with the concrete case and practice, this paper attempts to study how to apply the case teaching method in the junior middle school legal knowledge classroom under the new curriculum reform standard and the new teaching idea, so as to be helpful to improve the main problems existing in the practice of this method. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part: it mainly discusses the necessity of the application of case teaching method in junior high school legal knowledge teaching. It is emphasized because it is the need of law teaching goal and teaching content in junior middle school, the need to change the traditional knowledge teaching, and the need to promote the quality education of legal knowledge at the same time. The second part mainly discusses the application principles and steps of case teaching method in junior high school legal knowledge teaching. First of all, this paper expounds the application principles of case teaching method in the teaching of legal knowledge in junior high school, and makes a concrete analysis of each principle. Secondly, it expounds the general steps of the application of case teaching method in the teaching of legal knowledge in junior high school, pre-class preparation, classroom implementation, consolidation and promotion. The third part expounds the main problems existing in the application of case teaching method in the teaching of legal knowledge in junior high school. It is mainly caused by the following reasons: emphasizing form over substance; neglecting legal practice; not forming effective interaction between teachers and students; the effect of case teaching is not good; case teaching is not combined with distinguishing right from wrong. The fourth part: based on the analysis of the main problems existing in the application of case teaching method in junior middle school legal knowledge teaching, the application of case teaching method in junior middle school legal knowledge teaching needs to be optimized. It is necessary to integrate legal knowledge and cases; it is best to adopt the practice of "one case to the end"; guide students to reflect; pay attention to the support and encouragement of students' performance; adhere to the correct principles and guidance.
