中小學(xué)家校合作中的問題與對策

【摘要】：學(xué)校與家庭共同擔(dān)任著學(xué)生健康發(fā)展的責(zé)任,有效的家校合作會為學(xué)生提供一個良好的發(fā)展環(huán)境,使學(xué)生得以健康全面發(fā)展。而目前在我國的中小學(xué)家校合作過程中依然存在著教師與家長合作意識不強(qiáng),合作方式單一,內(nèi)容狹隘,師資力量缺乏等問題,導(dǎo)致家庭和學(xué)校未能有效結(jié)合。要使家校合作活動有所成效,我們就必須加強(qiáng)家校合作制度建設(shè),創(chuàng)新合作方式,豐富合作內(nèi)容,提高教師和家長的素質(zhì)和合作意識,使他們充分認(rèn)識到家校合作活動開展的重要性和必要性。
[Abstract]:The school and the family jointly assume the responsibility for the healthy development of the students, the effective home-school cooperation will provide a good development environment for the students, so that the students can develop healthily and comprehensively. However, in the process of cooperation between primary and secondary schools in our country, there are still some problems, such as weak sense of cooperation between teachers and parents, single mode of cooperation, narrow content, lack of teachers' strength and so on, which leads to the failure of effective combination of family and school. In order to make home-school cooperation activities effective, we must strengthen the construction of home-school cooperation system, innovate the way of cooperation, enrich the content of cooperation, and improve the quality and awareness of teachers and parents. Make them fully aware of the importance and necessity of home-school cooperation activities.
