【摘要】：中小學(xué)教學(xué)名師參與教育研究,是對(duì)其豐富實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的不斷統(tǒng)整和升華,對(duì)于重申自身的教學(xué)主張,在行動(dòng)研究中建構(gòu)有張力和發(fā)展空間的教學(xué)模式,以及發(fā)展傳統(tǒng)意義上的學(xué)術(shù)研究,凸顯教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)的意義空間有獨(dú)特的行動(dòng)價(jià)值。從"發(fā)掘教育知識(shí)"到"達(dá)成教育理解",從"熟諳教育技術(shù)"到"生成教育智慧",從"皈依教育理論"到"構(gòu)成教育生活",成為中小學(xué)教學(xué)名師參與研究的行動(dòng)方向。通過敘事表達(dá)深刻化開展現(xiàn)象解讀、通過零散信息系統(tǒng)化進(jìn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)反思、通過個(gè)性思考核心化達(dá)致思想生成是中小學(xué)教學(xué)名師參與研究的行動(dòng)方式。
[Abstract]:The participation of famous teachers in primary and secondary schools in educational research is the continuous integration and sublimation of their rich practical experience. In order to reaffirm their own teaching ideas, and construct a teaching model with tension and development space in the action research, And the development of academic research in the traditional sense, highlighting the significance of teaching and learning space has a unique action value. From "excavating educational knowledge" to "achieving educational understanding", from "familiar with educational technology" to "generating educational wisdom", from "conversion to educational theory" to "constituting educational life", it has become the action direction of famous teachers in primary and secondary schools to participate in the research. It is the way of action for famous teaching teachers in primary and secondary schools to interpret the phenomenon deeply through narrative expression, to carry out empirical reflection through scattered information systematization, and to achieve ideological generation through the core of personality thinking.
