山東省中小學(xué)“雙師型”體育教師的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:受地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)、人事制度以及師資條件等因素的影響,山東省中小學(xué)雙師型體育教師在中小學(xué)體育教學(xué)中扮演著重要角色。因此,山東省中小學(xué)雙師型體育教師的教學(xué)研究,對(duì)了解和掌握雙師型體育教師的體育教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀、體育專業(yè)知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)需求、體育教學(xué)質(zhì)量以及影響其體育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的因素等具有重要意義。本文為了了解中小學(xué)雙師型體育教師的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,找出雙師型體育教學(xué)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),為雙師型體育教師提供理論參考,以山東省部分鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)和農(nóng)村中小學(xué)的164名雙師型體育教師為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用問(wèn)卷和訪談等方法就雙師型體育教師產(chǎn)生原因、來(lái)源構(gòu)成、基本情況、體育認(rèn)知情況、體育教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀以及體育教學(xué)方面的自我認(rèn)識(shí)和自我評(píng)價(jià)等方面做了調(diào)查,并結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)資料、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等研究方法,對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果做了詳細(xì)的統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。得出以下主要結(jié)論:1山東省中小學(xué)雙師型體育教師主要以?埔陨蠈W(xué)歷的文化課、男性教師為主,且大部分為中青年教師。2山東省中小學(xué)大部分雙師型體育教師的工作量比專職教師的工作量大,但是工資待遇與專職教師相比并未得到相應(yīng)的提高。3雖然山東省部分中小學(xué)雙師型體育教師在體育知識(shí)與運(yùn)動(dòng)技能等都有很大欠缺,但半數(shù)以上的雙師型體育教師沒(méi)有參加過(guò)與體育教學(xué)相關(guān)的任何培訓(xùn)。4山東省中小學(xué)大部分雙師型體育教師能正確認(rèn)識(shí)體育教學(xué)目標(biāo),對(duì)體育課的重要性有正確的認(rèn)識(shí),但在教學(xué)中大都比較重視文化課。5山東省中小學(xué)雙師型體育教師的備課情況并不樂(lè)觀,體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容過(guò)于隨意,教學(xué)方法單一,教學(xué)過(guò)程不完善,對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)方法和內(nèi)容的選擇不夠合理。6雙師型體育教學(xué)中在與學(xué)生的交流溝通、規(guī)范課堂紀(jì)律等方面有一定的優(yōu)點(diǎn),但是也存在雙師型體育教師對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能掌握不足,不能準(zhǔn)確示范等問(wèn)題。根據(jù)所得結(jié)論,提出以下建議:1在雙師型體育教師隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)上,首先要做好選材,其次,制定嚴(yán)格的雙師型體育教師的考核制度,最后是保證雙師型體育教師隊(duì)伍的穩(wěn)定性。2建立多元化的培訓(xùn)方式,采用“校本培訓(xùn)”為主,結(jié)合校外培訓(xùn)的方法,充分發(fā)揮骨干專業(yè)體育教師的作用。3完善雙師型體育教師的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,激發(fā)其教學(xué)工作的積極性。4加強(qiáng)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)體育課的重視,提高雙師型體育教師對(duì)體育重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)。5學(xué)校要?jiǎng)?chuàng)建和諧、民主的校園環(huán)境,為每個(gè)雙師型體育教師教學(xué)能力的提高提供足夠的支持和發(fā)展空間。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of regional economy, personnel system and teacher conditions, double-qualified physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province play an important role in physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools. Therefore, the teaching research of double-qualified physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province, in order to understand and master the current situation of physical education teaching of double-qualified physical education teachers, the learning needs of physical education professional knowledge, The quality of physical education teaching and the factors that affect the quality of physical education teaching are of great significance. In order to understand the present teaching situation of double-qualified physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools, this paper finds out the advantages and disadvantages of double-qualified physical education teaching, and provides theoretical reference for double-qualified physical education teachers. Taking 164 double-qualified physical education teachers in some villages and towns and rural primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province as the object of investigation, this paper uses questionnaires and interviews to analyze the causes, source composition, basic situation and sports cognition of double-qualified physical education teachers. This paper makes an investigation on the present situation of physical education teaching and the self-cognition and self-evaluation of physical education teaching, and makes a detailed statistics and analysis of the survey results combined with the research methods of literature, mathematical statistics and so on. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the double-qualified physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province are mainly cultural courses with college education or above, and male teachers are mainly male teachers. And most of them are young and middle-aged teachers. 2 the workload of most double-qualified physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province is larger than that of full-time teachers. However, compared with full-time teachers, wages have not been improved accordingly. 3 although some primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Shandong Province have a great lack of physical education knowledge and sports skills, However, more than half of the double-qualified physical education teachers have not participated in any training related to physical education teaching. 4 most of the double-qualified physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province can correctly understand the teaching objectives of physical education and have a correct understanding of the importance of physical education. However, most of them attach importance to cultural lessons in teaching. 5 the preparation of double-qualified physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province is not optimistic, the content of physical education teaching is too casual, the teaching method is single, and the teaching process is not perfect. The choice of evaluation method and content is not reasonable. 6 in the teaching of double-qualified physical education, it has some advantages in communicating with students and standardizing classroom discipline, but there is also a lack of mastery of sports skills by double-qualified physical education teachers. Can not accurately demonstrate and other issues. According to the conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward: 1 in the construction of double-qualified physical education teachers, we should first do a good job in the selection of materials, secondly, formulate a strict assessment system for double-qualified physical education teachers. Finally, it is to ensure the stability of the double-qualified physical education teachers. 2 to establish a diversified training method, using "school-based training" as the main method, combined with the method of out-of-school training, Give full play to the role of backbone professional physical education teachers. 3 improve the incentive mechanism of double-qualified physical education teachers, stimulate the enthusiasm of their teaching work. 4 strengthen the importance of school leaders to physical education, To improve the understanding of the importance of physical education by double-qualified physical education teachers. 5 Schools should create a harmonious and democratic campus environment to provide sufficient support and development space for each double-qualified physical education teacher to improve his teaching ability.
