中小學(xué)教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展路徑探析

【摘要】:中小學(xué)教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)區(qū)別于發(fā)現(xiàn)的學(xué)術(shù)、整合的學(xué)術(shù)和應(yīng)用的學(xué)術(shù),是傳播知識(shí)的學(xué)術(shù)。發(fā)展中小學(xué)教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)對(duì)提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量和促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要意義。中小學(xué)教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展的理念路徑是轉(zhuǎn)變學(xué)術(shù)觀念,發(fā)展學(xué)術(shù)制度,開(kāi)拓學(xué)術(shù)傳播路徑。其實(shí)踐路徑包括:以反思作為教師教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)的行動(dòng)方略;構(gòu)建真正的中小學(xué)教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)共同體的空間;維護(hù)"項(xiàng)目引領(lǐng)"式的中小學(xué)教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài);基于教研室組建校級(jí)教學(xué)研究機(jī)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:The academic of primary and secondary school teaching is different from the academic of discovery, the integrated academic and the applied academic, which is the academic of spreading knowledge. The development of teaching academic in primary and secondary schools is of great significance to improve teaching quality and promote teachers' professional development. The conceptual path of academic development in primary and secondary school teaching is to change academic concept, develop academic system and open up academic communication path. Its practical path includes: taking reflection as the action strategy of teachers' teaching and learning, constructing the space of real academic community of primary and secondary school teaching, maintaining the academic ecology of primary and secondary school teaching with "project leading", and constructing the space of real academic community of primary and secondary school teaching. Based on the teaching and research office to set up school-level teaching and research institutions.
