【摘要】：在基礎(chǔ)教育領(lǐng)域中實(shí)施"減負(fù)"一直是我國(guó)教育界普遍關(guān)注又始終沒有解決的問題。科學(xué)減負(fù)需要我們用批判的眼光重新審視中小學(xué)減負(fù)的問題:負(fù)擔(dān)過重的合理性需要仔細(xì)斟酌、負(fù)擔(dān)過重的普遍性需要深入考察、負(fù)擔(dān)過重的基本依據(jù)需要重新厘清等。統(tǒng)一減負(fù)背后隱藏著更深刻的教育問題,即教育教學(xué)過程中的公平問題。為了推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育,促進(jìn)學(xué)生健康全面發(fā)展,各級(jí)教育部門采取了一系列的減負(fù)措施。但局限于教育領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的減負(fù)措施所起的作用是有限的,未來的減負(fù)措施應(yīng)推廣到社會(huì)領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:Carrying out the "burden reduction" in the field of basic education has always been a common concern in the educational circles of our country and has never been solved. The scientific burden of burden needs us to reexamine the problem of the reduction of the primary and middle schools with a critical view: the rationality of the overburden should be carefully considered, the overburden of universal universal needs to be examined deeply and the basic basis of overburden is too heavy. In order to promote the quality education and promote the healthy and comprehensive development of the students, the educational departments at all levels have taken a series of measures to reduce the burden of burden on the education and teaching. But the function of the reduction measures confined to the field of education is limited and the future is limited. The measures to reduce the burden of burden should be extended to the social field.
