語文教師發(fā)展生態(tài)的失衡與重建

【摘要】:正在教育改革中,語文學(xué)科似乎總是被當(dāng)成靶子,人人皆可批評,似乎全民皆懂語文教育;語文教師的素養(yǎng)問題也是批評的對象,似乎人人都比語文教師更有素質(zhì)。語文教師有委屈,但往往選擇緘默,因?yàn)榫驼Z文教師群體而言,語文素養(yǎng)的確不盡如人意,在聽說讀寫等方面有"硬傷"。比如,教學(xué)語言水平較低,口語表達(dá)缺乏吸引力,溝通效果不理想;閱讀能力一般,文本解讀常常不到位,難以達(dá)到多重對話的共鳴;寫作能力不能令人滿意,因?yàn)槌?br/>[Abstract]:In the course of education reform, the subject of Chinese is always regarded as a target, which can be criticized by everyone, and it seems that all people understand Chinese education. The question of Chinese teachers' accomplishment is also the object of criticism, and it seems that everyone is better qualified than Chinese teachers. Chinese teachers are aggrieved, but often choose to remain silent, because as far as the group of Chinese teachers is concerned, Chinese literacy is not satisfactory, and there are "harms" in listening, speaking, reading, writing and so on. For example, the level of teaching language is low, oral expression is not attractive, communication effect is not ideal; reading ability is generally, text interpretation is often not in place, it is difficult to achieve the resonance of multiple dialogues; writing ability is not satisfactory because of.
