【摘要】：以伊旗汽車城項(xiàng)目治理活動(dòng)為背景,文中分析了汽車城項(xiàng)目治理工作的特征,并提出應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理的思想和方法管理本次汽車城環(huán)境汽車城項(xiàng)目治理工作的課題。通過(guò)分析,本文認(rèn)為環(huán)境汽車城項(xiàng)目治理工作作為一個(gè)項(xiàng)目,在環(huán)境汽車城項(xiàng)目治理方案的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施過(guò)程中體現(xiàn)出其獨(dú)特的特點(diǎn),但是具有區(qū)別于工程項(xiàng)目的特征。文中將項(xiàng)目整治工作的管理過(guò)程分為兩個(gè)階段,一是調(diào)查準(zhǔn)備階段,二是整治開展階段。文中重點(diǎn)在第二階段中運(yùn)用了項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)理論,制定了項(xiàng)目整治工作的具體實(shí)施方案,并針對(duì)整治內(nèi)容提出了汽車城項(xiàng)目治理的具體項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)。本文根據(jù)項(xiàng)目管理中組織管理、進(jìn)度管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、質(zhì)量管理、成本管理等相關(guān)理論中的技術(shù)和方法,運(yùn)用了 WBS法來(lái)分析整治工作的具體工作,并且編制出相應(yīng)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)圖。本文在第一階段的基礎(chǔ)上,給出第二階段環(huán)境整治活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程的控制方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the project governance activities of Yiqi Automobile City, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the project governance work of the automobile city, and puts forward the subject of applying the idea and method of project management to manage the project governance of the automobile city environment auto city. This paper holds that the environmental automobile city project governance work as a project, in the environmental auto city project governance project design and implementation process reflects its unique characteristics, In this paper, the management process of project regulation is divided into two stages, one is investigation preparation stage, the other is renovation development stage. The specific implementation plan of the project renovation work is formulated, and the specific project objectives of the automobile city project governance are put forward in view of the renovation content. This article according to the project management organization management, schedule management, risk management, quality management, The techniques and methods in the related theories such as cost management are used to analyze the specific work of the rectification work by using the WBS method, and the corresponding organization chart is worked out. The control method of the implementation process of the second stage environmental remediation project is given.
