【摘要】：正9月8日上午,中國財(cái)政科學(xué)研究院舉行氣候公共支出分析與評(píng)估研究成果發(fā)布暨研討會(huì)。課題組負(fù)責(zé)人、中國財(cái)政科學(xué)研究院院長劉尚希認(rèn)為,氣候公共支出作為優(yōu)化財(cái)政支出重要組成部分,不僅要從傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)視角來分析,還要從社會(huì)視角和氣候環(huán)境視角,即是否向有利于減緩、適應(yīng)氣候變化的方向演變。與會(huì)專家對(duì)氣候公共支出
[Abstract]:Is the morning of September 8th, Chinese Fiscal Science Research Institute held climate public expenditure analysis and evaluation results release and seminar.
