【摘要】：基于對中國消費者行為特征的分析,建立了研究城鎮(zhèn)化、人口老齡化作用下民生財政支出影響居民消費的理論框架。運用2006—2014年中國大陸31個省、市、自治區(qū)的面板數(shù)據(jù),使用動態(tài)廣義矩估計方法進行了實證分析。實證檢驗結(jié)果表明:民生財政支出對居民消費產(chǎn)生了負向的影響,民生財政支出的增加分別導致了人均實際消費支出和居民消費率的下降。從需求層次提升和預期不確定性增加兩個方面對這一結(jié)果進行了解釋,并提出只有當民生財政支出提高覆蓋程度到足以降低消費者不確定性預期并且能夠匹配消費層次提升時,才可以對居民消費產(chǎn)生正向的影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the characteristics of consumer behavior in China, a theoretical framework is established to study the effects of urbanization and population aging on the consumption of residents. The panel data of 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in mainland China from 2006 to 2014 are used. The empirical analysis is carried out using the dynamic generalized moment estimation method. The empirical results show that the financial expenditure of the people's livelihood has a negative impact on the consumption of residents. The increase in financial expenditure on the people's livelihood has led to a decrease in the real per capita consumption expenditure and the resident consumption rate, respectively. The results are explained in terms of the upgrading of demand levels and the increase in the uncertainty of expectations. It is proposed that only when the financial expenditure of the people's livelihood increases the coverage degree enough to reduce the uncertainty of consumers and can match the level of consumption, it can have a positive impact on the consumption of residents.
