【摘要】：正我們已經(jīng)進(jìn)入眾創(chuàng)時(shí)代,層出不窮的創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)正深刻地改變著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,產(chǎn)業(yè)資本投入無形化、經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)服務(wù)化、技術(shù)智能化和創(chuàng)新全員化的特征越來越凸顯。而激發(fā)創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新活力,提升創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)水平,關(guān)鍵是要激發(fā)人才效用,使各種創(chuàng)新資源與人才智力更好地融合,產(chǎn)生對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的巨大推力。發(fā)展方式是由要素結(jié)構(gòu)尤其是人才結(jié)構(gòu)決定的。近年來,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩,
[Abstract]:Now that we have entered the era of creation, the endless entrepreneurial and innovative activities are profoundly changing the mode of economic development, the intangible investment of industrial capital, and the service of the economic structure. The characteristics of technology intelligence and innovation are becoming more and more prominent. The key to stimulate the vitality of entrepreneurial innovation and improve the level of innovation is to stimulate the utility of talents, so that all kinds of innovative resources and talents' intelligence can be better integrated. The mode of development is determined by the structure of elements, especially the structure of talents. In recent years, the economic growth rate of our country has slowed down.
