【摘要】：正隨著公民社會的進(jìn)步,越來越多的人投入到公益工作中去,各類的官方與非官方NGO組織如雨后春筍一般出現(xiàn)。作為一種組織存在,NGO組織也存在人力資源管理,也同樣需要招人、用人和留人。但由于成員多屬于志愿者身份,且流動性大,同時組織架構(gòu)更為復(fù)雜,因此人力資源問題—直是困擾NGO組織發(fā)展的瓶頸問題。本期專題希望探討:1、目前關(guān)于NGO組織人力資源管理研究的成果有哪些?2、當(dāng)前存在
[Abstract]:With the progress of civil society, more and more people are engaged in public welfare work, and all kinds of official and unofficial NGO organizations are springing up. As a kind of organization, NGO organizations also have human resources management. It also needs hiring, hiring and retention. But because most of the members are volunteers, they are mobile, and the organizational structure is more complex.
