【摘要】：漢代手工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中分工的細(xì)化和專業(yè)化,使工匠們的技術(shù)不斷精進,為穩(wěn)定并不斷提高其產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提供了重要的技術(shù)支撐和人力資源。各種工匠和各級官吏各司其職、各負(fù)其責(zé)和嚴(yán)密完整的監(jiān)督管理體制,以及將管理者和工匠之名勒記于制造的產(chǎn)品之上以明其責(zé),為產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提供了重要的制度保障。
[Abstract]:The refinement and specialization of the division of labor in the process of handicraft production in the Han Dynasty made the craftsmen 'technology continuously advance, and provided important technical support and human resources for stabilizing and improving the quality of their products. All kinds of craftsmen and officials at all levels performed their respective duties. The responsibility and strict and complete supervision and management system, as well as the management and craftsman's name on the manufactured products, to provide an important system to ensure the quality of products.
