【摘要】：文章首先論述了應(yīng)用型院校教師教育的必要性,然后分析了應(yīng)用型院校教師教育存在的問(wèn)題,最后提出了應(yīng)用型院校教師教育的途徑:完善教師聘請(qǐng)與組織管理制度,保證教師隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性;以強(qiáng)化專業(yè)技能為重點(diǎn),健全職前、職后培養(yǎng)機(jī)制;量化教師工作績(jī)效考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建立科學(xué)的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)機(jī)制�？傊�,教師教育在教育發(fā)展中的地位舉足輕重,必須得到高度重視。
[Abstract]:This paper first discusses the necessity of teacher education in applied colleges and universities, then analyzes the problems existing in teacher education in applied colleges and universities, and finally puts forward the approaches to teacher education in applied colleges and universities: perfecting the system of employing teachers and organizing and managing them. To ensure the stability of the structure of teachers; to strengthen professional skills as the focus, to improve the pre-service and post-service training mechanism; to quantify the performance evaluation standards of teachers, to establish a scientific reward mechanism.
