【摘要】：正NWS-1型濕法轉(zhuǎn)化用釩催化劑是中國(guó)石化集團(tuán)南京化學(xué)工業(yè)有限公司研究院(簡(jiǎn)稱南化集團(tuán)研究院)自主開發(fā)的新型專用型釩催化劑。該催化劑用于電廠、煉油廠、石化、冶煉廠、焦化、煤化工等含硫尾氣處理,硫回收率可達(dá)99%以上,硫排放符合國(guó)家最新環(huán)保排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。其主要性能指標(biāo)達(dá)到或優(yōu)于國(guó)外同類型先進(jìn)產(chǎn)品的水平,在徑向抗壓碎力、低溫活性等方面更具有優(yōu)勢(shì)。該催化劑與已經(jīng)開發(fā)的具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的濕法制
[Abstract]:Positive NWS-1 type vanadium catalyst for wet conversion is a new type of special vanadium catalyst developed by Nanjing Chemical Industry Research Institute of Sinopec Group (referred to as Nanhua Group Research Institute). The catalyst is used in the treatment of sulfur-containing tail gas in power plant, refinery, petrochemical, smelter, coking and coal chemical industry. The sulfur recovery rate can reach more than 99%, and the sulfur emission meets the requirements of the latest national environmental protection emission standards. Its main performance indexes are up to or superior to those of foreign advanced products of the same type, and have more advantages in radial crushing resistance and low temperature activity.
