【摘要】:空氣預(yù)熱器傳熱元件生產(chǎn)線是電站鍋爐生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,主要實現(xiàn)鋼板的軋制、剪切、收集工藝。由于國內(nèi)傳熱元件生產(chǎn)線的制造尚處于起步階段,因此研制具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)、運行可靠、性價比高的傳熱元件生產(chǎn)線具有重要意義。本文以實際工程項目為背景,在充分了解工藝控制要求和對傳熱元件生產(chǎn)線關(guān)鍵工序進(jìn)行研究分析的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了生產(chǎn)線采用PLC控制系統(tǒng),并采用現(xiàn)場總線PROFIBUS-DP進(jìn)行通訊。主要內(nèi)容有:(1)生產(chǎn)線控制系統(tǒng)硬件及網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計。通過對伺服驅(qū)動同步、變頻器矢量控制和現(xiàn)場總線等控制技術(shù)的研究分析,完成了控制系統(tǒng)的主要電氣元器件選型、硬件組態(tài)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)配置,并設(shè)計了控制系統(tǒng)總體方案。(2)生產(chǎn)線控制系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計;赟TEP 7、S7-PLCSIM、Wincc flexible等軟件平臺,完成了生產(chǎn)線觸摸屏程序和PLC控制程序的設(shè)計和開發(fā)。(3)生產(chǎn)線電氣控制線路設(shè)計。采用Auto CAD繪圖軟件,完成了生產(chǎn)線控制柜和PLC線路設(shè)計。經(jīng)過設(shè)備調(diào)試與驗收,目前通過投產(chǎn)運行情況表明:本文所設(shè)計的傳熱元件生產(chǎn)線控制系統(tǒng)不僅滿足了工藝控制要求,提高了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,還大大降低了工人的勞動強(qiáng)度,使企業(yè)以最低的成本投入獲得了最優(yōu)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:The heat transfer element production line of air preheater is the key equipment of boiler production in power station. It mainly realizes the rolling, shearing and collecting process of steel plate. Because the manufacture of heat transfer element production line in China is still in its infancy, it is of great significance to develop a heat transfer component production line with independent intellectual property rights, reliable operation and high performance-to-price ratio. In this paper, based on the actual engineering project, on the basis of fully understanding the process control requirements and researching and analyzing the key processes of the heat transfer element production line, the PLC control system is adopted in the production line and the field bus PROFIBUS-DP is used for communication. The main content is: 1) production line control system hardware and network design. Through the research and analysis of servo drive synchronization, frequency converter vector control and field bus control technology, the main electrical components selection, hardware configuration and network configuration of the control system are completed. The software design of control system of production line is designed. Based on STEP 7 S7-PLCSIMI Wincc flexible and other software platforms, the design and development of touch screen program and PLC control program of production line are completed. The design of production line control cabinet and PLC circuit is completed by using Auto CAD drawing software. After the commissioning and acceptance of the equipment, it is shown that the control system of the heat transfer element production line designed in this paper not only meets the requirements of process control, improves the product quality, but also greatly reduces the labor intensity of the workers. So that the enterprise with the lowest cost input to obtain the best economic benefits.
