CTYC公司PSA技術(shù)市場營銷的項目化管理模式研究

【摘要】:變壓吸附(Pressure Swing Adsorption,PSA)是一種氣體分離技術(shù), CTYC公司在七十年代率先在我國進行PSA技術(shù)的工業(yè)化研究,80年代在上海吳淞化肥廠建成我國第一套PSA氫氣純化裝置,標志著我國擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的PSA裝置成功運行。經(jīng)過的三十多年的發(fā)展,我們國內(nèi)的PSA技術(shù)取得了長足的進步。 隨著市場的不斷拓展和不斷完善,PSA的市場營銷模式也不斷的發(fā)展著變化。從最初的賣方市場到現(xiàn)在的買方市場,市場競爭不斷加劇。CTYC作為國內(nèi)PSA技術(shù)首創(chuàng)者和領(lǐng)頭羊,不僅面對著國內(nèi)眾多小型企業(yè)的競爭,也需要面對國際上的大型跨國企業(yè)的競爭。面對如此眾多的競爭壓力,市場營銷的模式也需要與時俱進。 運用項目管理的方法,,對企業(yè)的營銷活動進行項目化管理,是一種全新的營銷管理模式,它是將企業(yè)營銷過程中的任務(wù)進行分解,采用項目管理的專業(yè)化方法對營銷過程進行管理,借助項目的生命周期理論,通過組織、計劃、實施、執(zhí)行、過程監(jiān)控一整套的項目管理程序進行營銷項目管理,合理分配企業(yè)資源,提高企業(yè)經(jīng)營效率。 本文在分析企業(yè)項目化管理趨勢、項目管理方法優(yōu)勢的基礎(chǔ)上分析CTYC公司現(xiàn)有的營銷管理現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。運用項目管理的方法,結(jié)合項目的生命周期理論,對氫氣提純PSA技術(shù)、乙烯資源回收PSA技術(shù)在煉化行業(yè)的營銷活動的PSA技術(shù)營銷模式進行分析,通過對PSA技術(shù)營銷過程中營銷目標,項目組織結(jié)構(gòu)、項目組織計劃實施、項目收尾等步驟的研究,探索出一套適用于CTYC公司PSA技術(shù)在特定行業(yè)或者是特定項目的營銷活動項目化管理流程。使CTYC公司的市場營銷活動更加系統(tǒng)化和科學化。
[Abstract]:Pressure Swing sorptionPSAs is a kind of gas separation technology. CTYC Company took the lead in the industrialization of PSA technology in China in the 1970s. In the 1980s, the first PSA hydrogen purification plant was built at Wusong Chemical Fertilizer Plant in Shanghai. Marks our country has the independent intellectual property right PSA device to run successfully. After more than 30 years of development, our domestic PSA technology has made great progress. With the continuous expansion of the market and constantly improve the PSA marketing model is constantly changing. From the initial seller's market to the present buyer's market, the market competition intensifies continuously. CTYC, as the pioneer and leader of domestic PSA technology, faces not only the competition of many small domestic enterprises, but also the competition of large multinational enterprises in the world. In the face of so many competitive pressures, the marketing model also needs to keep pace with the times. Using the method of project management to carry on the project management to the marketing activity of the enterprise, is a kind of brand-new marketing management mode, it is to decompose the task in the enterprise marketing process, Using the specialized method of project management to manage the marketing process, with the help of the life cycle theory of the project, through organizing, planning, implementing, executing and monitoring a whole set of project management procedures to carry out marketing project management. Rational allocation of enterprise resources to improve the efficiency of business operations. Based on the analysis of the trend of enterprise project management and the advantages of project management methods, this paper analyzes the current marketing management situation and existing problems of CTYC Company. Using the method of project management and combining with the life cycle theory of the project, this paper analyzes the marketing mode of PSA technology of hydrogen purification and PSA technology of ethylene resource recovery in the marketing activities of refining and chemical industry. Through the research of the marketing target, the project organization structure, the project organization plan implementation, the project closing step and so on in the PSA technology marketing process, To explore a set of CTYC PSA technology in a specific industry or a specific project marketing project management process. Make the marketing activity of CTYC company more systematic and scientific.
