基于WIA-PA無線溫度變送器的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:工業(yè)無線技術(shù)是在無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡的基礎上,專門用于工業(yè)環(huán)境的無線通信技術(shù)。通信具有抗干擾能力強、超低功耗、實時通信、易擴展等優(yōu)勢,能夠滿足工廠自動化檢測、控制一些環(huán)境惡劣、布線困難、高腐蝕高污染等場合的過程參數(shù)和設備狀態(tài)。WIA-PA技術(shù)是具有我國自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的工業(yè)無線技術(shù),目前適用于工業(yè)現(xiàn)場的WIA-PA無線產(chǎn)品相對較少,此類產(chǎn)品的市場潛力巨大。 本文重點研究了WIA-PA技術(shù),開發(fā)了符合WIA-PA通信協(xié)議的智能全輸入無線溫度變送器。儀表模塊以低功耗MSP430單片機為核心處理單元,模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換采用AD7794芯片,傳感器輸入通道通過雙四選一開關(guān)CD4052選擇,儀表模塊設置異步串行方式與通信模塊交換數(shù)據(jù),變送器采用電池供電。軟件編程將常規(guī)儀表狀態(tài)設為休眠模式,通過定時器中斷,儀表每10秒被喚醒一次進行AD采樣、數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換和處理,然后按照WIA-PA協(xié)議要求通過無線模塊發(fā)送給網(wǎng)關(guān)。 無線溫度變送器可以與DCS系統(tǒng)中的分散處理單元正常通信,且功耗極低。儀表在支持的標準信號輸入下,精度均符合設計要求。
[Abstract]:Industrial wireless technology is a wireless communication technology which is specially used in industrial environment on the basis of wireless sensor network. Communication has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability, ultra-low power consumption, real-time communication, easy to expand and so on. It can meet the needs of factory automation inspection, control some harsh environment, and make wiring difficult. WIA-PA technology is an industrial wireless technology with independent intellectual property rights in China. At present, there are relatively few WIA-PA wireless products suitable for industrial site, and the market potential of such products is huge. This paper focuses on WIA-PA technology and develops an intelligent full input wireless temperature transmitter in accordance with WIA-PA protocol. The instrument module takes low-power MSP430 microcontroller as the core processing unit, A / D conversion adopts AD7794 chip, the sensor input channel is selected by double four-switch CD4052, and the instrument module sets up asynchronous serial mode to exchange data with communication module. The transmitter is powered by batteries. The routine instrument state is set to sleep mode by software programming. The instrument is awakened every 10 seconds for AD sampling, data conversion and processing, and then sent to the gateway through wireless module according to WIA-PA protocol. The wireless temperature transmitter can communicate normally with the distributed processing unit in DCS system, and the power consumption is very low. The precision of the instrument meets the design requirements under the input of the supported standard signal.
