【摘要】：日本政府正在國(guó)會(huì)推動(dòng)一項(xiàng)新法案,新法案將要求保護(hù)日本最南端的沖之鳥(niǎo)礁和最東端的南鳥(niǎo)島的海岸線,在國(guó)家的直接管轄下建設(shè)港灣和碼頭。其立法行動(dòng)的目的是謀求200海里專屬經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)和大陸架的權(quán)益,強(qiáng)行擴(kuò)張其海洋權(quán)益。中國(guó)政府對(duì)此公開(kāi)表明了反對(duì)立場(chǎng)。從國(guó)際法的角度可以看出日本政府這一行為的不法性。
[Abstract]:Japan's government is pushing a new bill in parliament that would require the protection of the coast of Japan's southernmost bird reef and the easternmost island of Nanyu, and the construction of harbors and docks under the direct jurisdiction of the country. The purpose of its legislative action is to seek the rights and interests of the 200 nautical mile exclusive economic zone and continental shelf and to forcibly expand its maritime rights and interests. The Chinese government has publicly expressed its opposition to this. The wrongfulness of this act of the Japanese Government can be seen from the angle of international law.
