【摘要】：構(gòu)建"氣候智能"型世界的關(guān)鍵是增加發(fā)展中國(guó)家的減排資金,填補(bǔ)氣候融資缺口需要對(duì)現(xiàn)有的碳匯市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行改革并開拓新的資金來(lái)源。本文從考察森林碳匯的國(guó)際法律規(guī)定入手,分析氣候融資需要對(duì)森林碳匯市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行改革,最后以氣候融資為視角思考如何進(jìn)行森林碳匯市場(chǎng)改革,為進(jìn)一步研究應(yīng)對(duì)全球氣候變化問(wèn)題提供參考。
[Abstract]:The key to building a "climate-smart" world is to increase emissions reduction funding for developing countries. Filling the climate financing gap requires reforming the existing carbon sink markets and opening up new sources of finance. This paper analyzes the need of climate finance to reform the forest carbon sink market from the perspective of the international legal provisions of forest carbon sequestration. Finally, from the perspective of climate finance, this paper thinks about how to carry out the forest carbon sequestration market reform. It provides a reference for further research on the problem of global climate change.
