屎腸球菌NCIMB11181對(duì)大腸桿菌O78感染肉雞生產(chǎn)性能、腸道微生物和血液抗氧化功能的影響

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)旨在研究飼糧添加屎腸球菌對(duì)禽大腸桿菌O78感染肉雞生產(chǎn)性能、腸道微生物菌群和血液抗氧化功能的影響。選取288只1日齡羅斯308母雞,隨機(jī)分成4組。分別在各試驗(yàn)組基礎(chǔ)飼糧中添加0、100、200、300 mg/kg屎腸球菌。各試驗(yàn)組在11日齡均氣囊接種禽大腸桿菌,0.2 mL/只。結(jié)果表明:與無(wú)添加組相比,(1)飼糧中添加屎腸球菌可線性提高10日齡肉雞體重(BW)(P0.05),線性及二次線性提高22和35日齡肉雞BW(P0.05),線性提高1~10、10~22和10~35日齡肉雞平均日增重(P0.05),降低感染后肉雞死亡率。(2)飼糧中添加屎腸球菌可線性降低感染后3 d盲腸大腸桿菌和沙門菌數(shù)量(P0.05),線性及二次線性降低雙歧桿菌數(shù)量(P0.05);感染后7 d,屎腸球菌添加組大腸桿菌和沙門菌數(shù)量線性降低(P0.05)。(3)感染后3和7 d,屎腸球菌組血清總抗氧化能力分別呈線性(P0.05)和二次線性降低(P0.05);血清丙二醛含量均呈線性及二次線性降低(P0.05);谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶活性均為二次線性降低(P0.05)。由此可見(jiàn)飼糧添加屎腸球菌可緩解禽大腸桿菌O78感染導(dǎo)致的肉雞生產(chǎn)性能下降,通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)腸道菌群結(jié)構(gòu)和機(jī)體氧化狀態(tài),來(lái)減輕大腸桿菌感染造成的生理失衡。提示飼糧添加200 mg/kg屎腸球菌可有效預(yù)防肉雞大腸桿菌O78感染。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of dietary supplementation of Enterococcus faecium on the performance, intestinal microflora and blood antioxidant function of broilers infected with avian Escherichia coli O78. 288 1-day-old Roth308 hens were selected. Each group was randomly divided into 4 groups. Each group was fed with 0,100,200,300 mg/kg Enterococcus faecium in the basal diet. Each group was inoculated with 0,100,200,300 mL/ of Escherichia coli at the 11th day of age. The results showed that: compared with the control group, the diet supplemented with fecal intestines. The body weight of 10-day-old broilers was increased linearly, the body weight of 10-day-old broilers was increased linearly, the linear and quadratic linear increments were increased by 22 and 35 days, and the average daily gain of broilers at 10 ~ 10 ~ (10 ~ 22) and 10 ~ (35) days was increased by a linear way. The mortality rate of infected broilers was decreased by adding Enterococcus faecium to the diet. The number of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in cecum was decreased linearly 3 days after infection, the number of bifidobacterium was decreased by linear and quadratic linearity, and the number of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in Enterococcus faecium was decreased linearly at 7 days after infection. On the 7th day, the serum total antioxidant capacity of Enterococcus faecium group was linear (P 0.05) and quadratic linear decrease (P 0.05), malondialdehyde content was linear and quadratic linear decrease (P 0.05), glutathione peroxidase activity was quadratic linear decrease (P 0.05). It can be seen that diet supplemented with Enterococcus faecium can alleviate the decline in the performance of broilers caused by the infection of Escherichia coli O78 in poultry. The physiological imbalance caused by Escherichia coli infection was alleviated by regulating the intestinal flora structure and the oxidation state of the body, suggesting that the addition of 200 mg/kg Enterococcus faecium to diet could effectively prevent the infection of Escherichia coli O78 in broilers.
