【摘要】：將4種中藥提取物稀釋成安全濃度范圍內(nèi)的高、中、低3種濃度,分別與IBV以3種方式加入到培養(yǎng)成單層的雞胚成纖維細胞(CEF)的培養(yǎng)體系中,用MTT法測定IBV感染細胞能力的變化。結(jié)果表明,B提取物在先加中藥、后加中藥,與病毒一起加,其A_(570)值均高于病毒組,B具有較好的預防和治療傳染性支氣管炎病毒的作用。
[Abstract]:Four kinds of traditional Chinese medicine extracts were diluted into high, medium and low concentrations in the safe concentration range, and were added to the culture system of single layer chicken embryo fibroblast (CEF) in three ways, respectively, with IBV. MTT assay was used to determine the ability of IBV infected cells. The results showed that the Avena 570) value of the extract of IBV was higher than that of the virus group in preventing and treating infectious bronchitis virus by adding Chinese medicine first, then adding Chinese medicine, and adding it together with virus, the results showed that the effect of B extract on the prevention and treatment of infectious bronchitis virus was better than that of virus group.
