【摘要】:旨在探討不同胎次的奶山羊胎盤(pán)提取物抗氧化活性的差異,為其合理化應(yīng)用提供技術(shù)依據(jù)。以1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苦肼自由基(DPPH·)清除率、羥自由基(·OH)清除率為抗氧化肽活性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),結(jié)合胎盤(pán)提取物中可溶性蛋白(Water-soluble protein,WSP)含量變化,比較不同存放條件隨時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)各指標(biāo)的衰變情況,評(píng)價(jià)不同胎次羊胎盤(pán)提取物抗氧化活性優(yōu)劣。結(jié)果表明:1)第1、2、3胎各胎盤(pán)提取物冷凍干燥后,其多肽含量分別為(0.201±0.03)、(0.270±0.02)、(0.193±0.02)mg·mg-1凍干粉;DPPH·清除率分別為32.75%、53.20%、37.97%;·OH清除率分別是35.45%、51.94%、39.35%;WSP含量分別為16.63%、23.87%、18.60%,表明第2胎胎盤(pán)提取物各指標(biāo)最佳。2)各胎次提取物4℃保存時(shí),隨時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)DPPH·清除率、·OH清除率、WSP含量3個(gè)指標(biāo)保全率均明顯優(yōu)于常溫存放(P0.05)。3)4℃存放63d,第2胎提取物DPPH·清除率保全了78.85%;·OH清除率保全了71.93%;WSP含量保全率為77.36%。綜上表明,第2胎胎盤(pán)提取物冷凍干燥,4℃存放比常溫保存抗氧化活性好。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to investigate the difference of antioxidant activity of placental extracts from dairy goats with different birth order, and to provide technical basis for its rational application. The scavenging rate of hydroxyl radical (路OH) was used as an index to evaluate the activity of antioxidant peptides, and the changes of soluble protein WSPs in placenta extracts were combined to compare the decay of different storage conditions over time. The antioxidation activity of placental extracts from different placenta was evaluated. The results showed that the extracts of placenta were freeze-dried in the 1st second trimester. The polypeptide contents were 0.201 鹵0.03 + 0.270 鹵0.02g 路mg-1 freeze-dried powder 0.193 鹵0.02mg 路mg-1 freeze-dried powder, respectively, and the clearance rates were 32.75g / 53.20mg 路mg-1 and 37.97, respectively; 路OH clearance rates were 35.4551.94WSP = 16.6323.877.600.The results showed that the second placenta extract was the best one at 4 鈩,
