　　企業(yè)年報(bào)是上市公司每年向股民和股東發(fā)布的有關(guān)公司財(cái)務(wù)和經(jīng)營狀況的年度報(bào)告,是公司對(duì)外溝通的重要手段。致股東的信位于企業(yè)年報(bào)的開篇位置,不僅對(duì)公司上一財(cái)年的經(jīng)營狀況進(jìn)行總結(jié),還對(duì)公司未來發(fā)展方向做出預(yù)測(cè),是企業(yè)年報(bào)的重要組成部分,因而一直受到商務(wù)話語研究領(lǐng)域?qū)W者的關(guān)注。這些研究對(duì)于企業(yè)年報(bào)的解讀提供了許多不同的思路和見解,但也還存在著許多可以進(jìn)一步研究的方向。其中一個(gè)方向就是對(duì)中英文的企業(yè)年報(bào)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的語言學(xué)對(duì)比研究。為了更好地理解中美企業(yè)的中英文企業(yè)年報(bào)的體裁和語言特點(diǎn),本文基于Bhatia的體裁分析理論和Halliday的系統(tǒng)功能語法的理論框架,使用語料庫的研究手段,從宏觀上的體裁結(jié)構(gòu)和微觀上的詞匯語法兩個(gè)層面對(duì)中美企業(yè)年報(bào)中致股東的信進(jìn)行了定性和定量的對(duì)比分析。首先,本文基于Bhatia的體裁分析理論,分別總結(jié)出中美企業(yè)年報(bào)致股東的信的體裁結(jié)構(gòu),并進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。接下來,筆者從系統(tǒng)功能語法中的及物性系統(tǒng)和人稱詞系統(tǒng)兩個(gè)方面探討中美企業(yè)年報(bào)中的致股東的信的語言特征,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析得出異同點(diǎn)。筆者分別建立了兩個(gè)各10篇的中英文致股東的信語料庫,利用人工標(biāo)記和Microsoft Wor...
