【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯實踐報告,研究對象選自特德·姜的中篇科幻小說《你一生的故事》前半部分,選擇的翻譯理論為奈達的“功能對等理論”。報告共分為四個部分：第一部分,翻譯項目簡介,包括項目的背景、目標、意義和報告結(jié)構(gòu)。第二部分,原文背景介紹,包括作者簡介、原文內(nèi)容、原文分析和準備工作。第三部分,翻譯難點與翻譯方法,包括科幻翻譯的標準,翻譯過程中出現(xiàn)的難點,如何在“功能對等理論”的指導(dǎo)下舉例分析筆者版本與《科幻世界》出版譯本的差異。第四部分,總結(jié)翻譯經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)和有待解決的問題。其中,第三部分屬于翻譯報告的核心內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation practice report. The research object is selected from the first half of Ted Jiang's middle sci-fi novel "the Story of your Life". The selected translation theory is Nida's Theory of functional equivalence. The report is divided into four parts: the first part, the translation of project profiles, including the project background, objectives, meaning and reporting structure. The second part, the background introduction of the original text, including the author brief introduction, the original text content, the original text analysis and the preparatory work. In the third part, the translation difficulties and translation methods, including the standards of sci-fi translation, the difficulties in the translation process, and how to analyze the differences between the author's version and the published version of the sci-fi world under the guidance of the theory of functional equivalence are discussed. The fourth part summarizes the experience and lessons of translation and the problems to be solved. Among them, the third part belongs to the core content of the translation report.
