【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放30多年來(lái),農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展使農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化傳承受到了極大威脅,農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化保護(hù)問(wèn)題引起了黨和政府的高度重視。2013年中央城鎮(zhèn)化工作會(huì)議指出,新型城鎮(zhèn)化“讓城市融入大自然,讓居民望得見(jiàn)山、看得見(jiàn)水、記得住鄉(xiāng)愁”、“要注意保留村莊原始風(fēng)貌”,給農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化保護(hù)帶來(lái)了新的希望。優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承是在對(duì)傳統(tǒng)文化有全面系統(tǒng)認(rèn)識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,取其精華、去其糟粕,古為今用、推陳出新,從而在保護(hù)利用的基礎(chǔ)上普及和弘揚(yáng)優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)文化。加強(qiáng)對(duì)農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的思想價(jià)值挖掘和闡釋,是穩(wěn)固我國(guó)民族文化根基的重要內(nèi)容。因此,在新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下研究開(kāi)封農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化保護(hù)問(wèn)題具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在充分利用文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,作者采用了訪談、歸納、對(duì)比等研究方法,就開(kāi)封農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了梳理。本文分為六個(gè)部分。第一部分緒論,首先梳理了研究開(kāi)封農(nóng)村地區(qū)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化保護(hù)的背景以及理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。同時(shí)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和記錄進(jìn)行梳理。第二部分理論研究和第三部分現(xiàn)狀研究中,通過(guò)厘定新型城鎮(zhèn)化、傳統(tǒng)文化以及農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的內(nèi)涵,以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀以及文化保護(hù)作為理論依據(jù),對(duì)開(kāi)封農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理。通過(guò)介紹開(kāi)封農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的主要內(nèi)容,通過(guò)實(shí)際調(diào)研等等對(duì)開(kāi)封農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀從政策、資金、隊(duì)伍和設(shè)施四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行概況。第四部分是新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程對(duì)開(kāi)封農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的影響。新型城鎮(zhèn)化對(duì)于開(kāi)封農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化具有極大的推動(dòng)作用,同時(shí)也帶來(lái)了沖擊。本文也分析了這其中受到?jīng)_擊的部分原因。第五部分,在對(duì)現(xiàn)狀和原因進(jìn)行總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)之上,本文提出了新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景之下加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化保護(hù)的路徑研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),新型城鎮(zhèn)化使得開(kāi)封地區(qū)的農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化受到了沖擊,農(nóng)村傳統(tǒng)生活習(xí)慣逐漸消失,農(nóng)村傳統(tǒng)精神文化“斷層”,農(nóng)村傳統(tǒng)建筑遭到破壞,農(nóng)村傳統(tǒng)方言式微。這些是由于政府在農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化保護(hù)中管理的不完善,民眾對(duì)傳統(tǒng)文化的保護(hù)和傳承認(rèn)識(shí)不夠,農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化保護(hù)人才缺乏以及民間組織參與農(nóng)村文化保護(hù)的不足等原因所造成的。但是,新型城鎮(zhèn)化對(duì)開(kāi)封農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化不僅僅帶來(lái)的是沖擊,也從客觀上規(guī)范了一些文化保護(hù)行為,對(duì)其具有一定的推動(dòng)作用。本文認(rèn)為,在新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的保護(hù)應(yīng)該遵循以下路徑：第一加快農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化傳承和發(fā)展的立法；第二,以新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)帶動(dòng)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化保護(hù)；第三,推進(jìn)農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)；第四,強(qiáng)化農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的宣傳和教育；第五,鼓勵(lì)民眾和民間組織對(duì)農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化保護(hù)的參與。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, the rapid development of rural economy and society has greatly threatened the inheritance of outstanding traditional culture in rural areas, and the protection of excellent traditional culture in rural areas has attracted great attention from the Party and the government. The new urbanization "let the city merge into the nature, let the residents see the mountain, see the water, remember to stay homesick" and "pay attention to the preservation of the village's original style", which brings new hope to the protection of the excellent traditional culture in the countryside. The inheritance of excellent traditional culture is based on a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the traditional culture, taking its essence, taking away its dross, making use of the past for the present and bringing forth the new on the basis of protection and utilization, thus popularizing and carrying forward the excellent traditional culture on the basis of protection and utilization. Strengthening the excavation and interpretation of the ideological value of the excellent traditional culture in rural areas is an important content to stabilize the foundation of our national culture. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the protection of excellent traditional culture in Kaifeng under the background of new urbanization. On the basis of making full use of the literature, the author adopts the methods of interview, induction, contrast and so on, and combs the present situation and existing problems of the protection of the excellent traditional culture in Kaifeng. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the background, theoretical and practical significance of the research on the protection of excellent traditional culture in Kaifeng rural area. At the same time, the relevant literature and records at home and abroad are combed. In the second part of the theoretical research and the third part of the current situation research, by defining the connotation of new urbanization, traditional culture and rural excellent traditional culture, the scientific development concept and cultural protection as the theoretical basis. To Kaifeng countryside outstanding traditional culture protection present situation carries on the comb. Through introducing the main contents of the excellent traditional culture in Kaifeng countryside, and through the actual investigation and so on, the present situation of the protection of the excellent traditional culture in the rural areas in Kaifeng is summarized from four aspects: policy, funds, troops and facilities. The fourth part is the influence of the new urbanization process on the excellent traditional culture in Kaifeng countryside. The new urbanization plays a great role in promoting the excellent traditional culture in Kaifeng, and it also brings the impact. This paper also analyzes some of the reasons for the impact. In the fifth part, on the basis of summing up the present situation and the reasons, this paper puts forward the research of ways to strengthen the protection of rural excellent traditional culture under the background of new urbanization. It is found that the new urbanization has impacted the excellent rural traditional culture in Kaifeng area, the rural traditional living habits have gradually disappeared, the rural traditional spiritual culture "fault", the rural traditional buildings have been destroyed, and the rural traditional dialects have declined. These are due to the imperfect management of the government in the protection of excellent traditional culture in rural areas, and the lack of awareness among the public of the protection and inheritance of traditional culture. The lack of talents for the protection of rural traditional culture and the insufficient participation of non-governmental organizations in the protection of rural culture. However, the new urbanization not only brings impact to the excellent traditional culture in Kaifeng, but also objectively standardizes some cultural protection behaviors, which can promote it to a certain extent. In this paper, under the background of new urbanization, to strengthen the protection of rural excellent traditional culture should follow the following paths: first, accelerate the inheritance and development of rural excellent traditional culture legislation; second, Promote the protection of excellent traditional culture with the construction of new urbanization; third, promote the cultivation of outstanding traditional culture professionals in rural areas; fourth, strengthen the propaganda and education of excellent traditional culture in rural areas; fifth, To encourage the participation of people and civil society organizations in the protection of outstanding traditional culture in rural areas.
