【摘要】：如何在環(huán)境設(shè)計人才培養(yǎng)模式改革創(chuàng)新中培養(yǎng)滿足示范區(qū)需求的應(yīng)用型復(fù)合人才,成為皖江示范區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計文化創(chuàng)意高職高專人才培養(yǎng)的核心目標(biāo)。針對皖江示范區(qū)環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)所面臨的問題,提出形成新型人才培養(yǎng)方式、構(gòu)建新型"訂單式"人才培養(yǎng)方式、創(chuàng)新"冠名班"人才培養(yǎng)方式、建立學(xué)校與行業(yè)協(xié)會共建人才培養(yǎng)方式、完善校際間實訓(xùn)基地共建人才培養(yǎng)方式等。希望通過人才培養(yǎng)改革,建立校企合作專業(yè)平臺,構(gòu)建新的復(fù)合應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)體系,實現(xiàn)示范區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計教學(xué)與國際層次的教育改革相接軌,以滿足地方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的需要。
[Abstract]:How to cultivate applied compound talents to meet the needs of demonstration areas in the reform and innovation of environmental design talents training mode has become the core goal of the cultivation of creative talents of environmental design culture in Anhui River demonstration area. In view of the problems faced by the creative industries of environmental art design and culture in the demonstration area of Wanjiang River, this paper puts forward the formation of a new type of talent training, the construction of a new type of "order type", and the innovation of "naming class". To establish the way of training talents in schools and trade associations, and to perfect the training methods of intercollegiate practical training bases. It is hoped that through the reform of personnel training, the establishment of a professional platform for cooperation between schools and enterprises, and the construction of a new compound applied talent training system, the environmental design teaching in the demonstration area will be brought into line with the educational reform at the international level. To meet the needs of local economic and social development.
