【摘要】：濕地獨(dú)特的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)具有很多的功能,它不僅僅為人類生活的環(huán)境帶來了改善,也為社會發(fā)展提供了資源。而濕地公園正是濕地保護(hù)體系中主要的生態(tài)模式之一。隨著人們對濕地景觀的日益關(guān)注,在缺乏生態(tài)理論合理規(guī)劃的情況下,濕地受到了過度的開發(fā)和人為的影響,削減了濕地內(nèi)在的保護(hù)及可持續(xù)性功能。近年來,對濕地保護(hù)的大力宣傳使得人們對于濕地保護(hù)的意識逐漸增強(qiáng)。濕地公園是國家濕地保護(hù)體系的重要組成部分,對于濕地起著一定的保護(hù)作用。建設(shè)濕地公園是濕地保護(hù)和恢復(fù)的實(shí)踐途徑,同時對推動城市經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展也具有重要作用。依托濕地公園的主題性、自然性和生態(tài)性等特點(diǎn),發(fā)揮其保護(hù)、科研、教育和合理利用等功能,是建設(shè)濕地公園的基本任務(wù)。目前,城市濕地公園的建設(shè)和發(fā)展正逢一個蓬勃發(fā)展的機(jī)會,然而,濕地公園的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)在趨于成熟和完善的道路上還有許多問題亟待解決,在濕地公園建設(shè)中,諸如協(xié)調(diào)人與濕地的矛盾、保護(hù)濕地完整的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、各類濕地的優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)等問題,還需要在研究與實(shí)踐中探索其科學(xué)的理論及方法。本文以常州市橫塘河擬建的濕地公園為對象,對項(xiàng)目地的自然、社會及經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況做了全面系統(tǒng)的調(diào)查,在理論研究和經(jīng)典案例分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從理論和技術(shù)層面探討了常州市橫塘河濕地公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵問題,并進(jìn)行了常州市橫塘河濕地公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的具體實(shí)踐,主要獲得以下結(jié)論:(1)城市濕地公園是保護(hù)濕地和恢復(fù)濕地的一種模式,是解決城市濕地合理開發(fā)與保護(hù)關(guān)系的有效途徑。(2)確定了常州市橫塘河濕地公園的濕地系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成:濕地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、濕地文化系統(tǒng)、濕地景觀系統(tǒng)。(3)常州市橫塘河濕地公園定性為市區(qū)復(fù)合式生態(tài)開放型的城市濕地文化休閑空間和城市的核心生態(tài)紐帶;應(yīng)遵循生態(tài)優(yōu)先、合理利用、因地制宜、地域文化、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃原則;確立了生態(tài)保護(hù)、科教宣傳和生態(tài)游憩的功能定位。(4)最終確立了“一軸兩帶六區(qū)”的景觀格局,并劃分科教宣傳休閑區(qū)、城市濕地景觀區(qū)、濕地恢復(fù)展示區(qū)、濕地保護(hù)區(qū)、文化游憩區(qū)等六大功能區(qū)。提出生態(tài)修復(fù)技術(shù)和景觀格局營造技術(shù)等。
[Abstract]:The unique ecosystem of wetland has many functions. It not only improves the environment of human life, but also provides resources for social development. Wetland park is one of the main ecological models in wetland protection system. As people pay more and more attention to wetland landscape in the absence of ecological theory and reasonable planning the wetland has been overdeveloped and artificially affected which has reduced the inherent protection and sustainable function of wetland. In recent years, people's awareness of wetland protection has been gradually strengthened by the vigorous publicity of wetland protection. Wetland park is an important part of national wetland protection system and plays a certain role in wetland protection. The construction of wetland park is a practical way of wetland protection and restoration, and also plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of urban economy. Relying on the characteristics of theme, nature and ecology, it is the basic task of wetland park to develop its functions such as protection, scientific research, education and rational utilization. At present, the construction and development of urban wetland park coincides with an opportunity for vigorous development. However, there are still many problems to be solved in the planning and design of wetland park on the road towards maturity and perfection, and in the construction of wetland park, It is necessary to explore its scientific theory and method in research and practice, such as coordinating the contradiction between wetland and wetland, protecting the intact ecosystem of wetland, optimizing the structure of all kinds of wetland and so on. Taking the proposed wetland park of Hengtang River in Changzhou as the object, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic investigation on the natural, social and economic situation of the project land, and on the basis of theoretical research and classic case analysis, This paper discusses the key problems in the planning and design of the Hengtang River Wetland Park in Changzhou City from the theoretical and technical aspects, and carries out the concrete practice of the planning and design of the Hengtang River Wetland Park in Changzhou City. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) Urban Wetland Park is a model for wetland conservation and wetland restoration. It is an effective way to solve the relationship between rational development and protection of urban wetland. (2) the wetland system composition of Hengtang River Wetland Park in Changzhou City is determined: wetland ecosystem, wetland culture system, The wetland landscape system of Changzhou Hengtang River Wetland Park is defined as the urban compound ecological open urban wetland culture leisure space and the core ecological link of the city, and should follow the ecological priority, rational utilization, local conditions, regional culture, The planning principle of sustainable development, the function orientation of ecological protection, science and education propaganda and ecological recreation. Finally, the landscape pattern of "one axis, two belts and six districts" is established, and science and education propaganda and leisure area and urban wetland landscape area are divided. Wetland restoration exhibition area, wetland reserve, cultural recreation area and other six functional areas. Put forward ecological restoration technology and landscape pattern construction technology.
