【摘要】：城市化的趨勢(shì)減少了人群與自然接觸的機(jī)會(huì),對(duì)人群的健康產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的負(fù)面影響,遏止“亞健康盛行趨勢(shì)”已成為全人類共同關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題之一。促進(jìn)人群健康的城市公園空間環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)研究是順應(yīng)城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃、風(fēng)景園林學(xué)科發(fā)展方向——通過(guò)人居環(huán)境建設(shè),干預(yù)、約束與引導(dǎo)人們生活環(huán)境與生活方式的改變,從而提高人們的生活質(zhì)量、促進(jìn)人群健康的發(fā)展。本文對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃、風(fēng)景園林學(xué)科積極參與全人類重要科學(xué)問(wèn)題的研究進(jìn)行了初步嘗試,是一個(gè)新的起點(diǎn)。在人居環(huán)境體系中,城市公園是人群接觸自然的重要場(chǎng)所,對(duì)人群的健康有著非常積極的影響。城市公園不僅可以極大的改善城市生態(tài)環(huán)境,使得城市景觀更加優(yōu)美宜人,它另一個(gè)及其重要的功能就是:通過(guò)參與城市公園中的活動(dòng),使人們?cè)鰪?qiáng)個(gè)人身體素質(zhì),緩解精神壓力以及緊張情緒,更容易獲得幸福感,實(shí)現(xiàn)集生理健康,心理健康,社會(huì)適應(yīng)良好為一體的整體健康。本研究以城市公園空間環(huán)境為對(duì)象,運(yùn)用層次分析法(AHP)構(gòu)建公園空間環(huán)境質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系;采用行為注記法、數(shù)據(jù)分析法等揭示城市公園中人群使用的時(shí)空分布及使用活動(dòng)。在統(tǒng)計(jì)分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上確定公園空間環(huán)境的優(yōu)化模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)人群健康的主動(dòng)干預(yù),成果可為同類研究借鑒。本文共分為六章。第一章是緒論,闡述了研究背景與緣起,界定了研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究意義、研究目的、研究方法,并分析國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)目前研究的特征。第二章對(duì)城市公園與人群健康的關(guān)系進(jìn)行解析,闡述使用活動(dòng)在公園空間和人群健康關(guān)系中的橋梁作用,在城市公園空間環(huán)境和人群健康之間找到結(jié)合點(diǎn),為下文的分析容奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。第三、四章通過(guò)重慶市主城區(qū)四個(gè)代表性的城市公園的研究,具體調(diào)查公園的人群時(shí)空分布及使用活動(dòng)、不同人群的不同需求、空間環(huán)境質(zhì)量等,實(shí)證研究人群健康與城市公園空間環(huán)境的關(guān)系、促進(jìn)人群健康的空間環(huán)境特征等,確定健康導(dǎo)向下的城市公園空間規(guī)劃的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容和方向,為下一章的空間優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供實(shí)證依據(jù)。第五章針對(duì)城市公園空間環(huán)境的優(yōu)化提出建議,搭建促進(jìn)人群健康的公園空間環(huán)境規(guī)劃內(nèi)容。第六章總結(jié)全文。
[Abstract]:The trend of urbanization reduces the chance of contact between people and nature, and has a serious negative impact on the health of people. To curb the "prevailing trend of sub-health" has become one of the hot issues of common concern of all mankind. The research on urban park spatial environment design, which promotes people's health, is to conform to urban and rural planning, landscape architecture subject development direction-through human settlement environment construction, intervention, restraint and guide people's living environment and lifestyle change, In order to improve the quality of life, to promote the healthy development of people. It is a new starting point that the subject of urban and rural planning and landscape architecture actively participate in the study of important scientific issues of all mankind. In the human settlements system, urban parks are important places for people to contact with nature, and have a very positive impact on the health of people. The city park not only can greatly improve the urban ecological environment and make the city landscape more beautiful and pleasant, but also has an extremely important function: by participating in the activities in the city park, people can enhance their personal physical quality. It is easier to obtain happiness and realize the whole health which integrates physical health, mental health and social adaptation. In this study, the spatial environment of urban parks is taken as the object, and the evaluation system of park spatial environment quality is constructed by using AHP (Analytic hierarchy process), and the temporal and spatial distribution and use activities of the crowd in urban parks are revealed by means of behavioral notation and data analysis. On the basis of statistical analysis and research, the optimization model of park space environment is determined, and the active intervention on population health is realized. The results can be used for reference for similar research. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which describes the background and origin of the research, defines the research content, significance, purpose, research methods, and analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, and summarizes the characteristics of the current research. The second chapter analyzes the relationship between urban park and crowd health, expounds the role of using activities in the relationship between park space and crowd health, and finds the joint point between urban park spatial environment and population health. It lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis below. The third and fourth chapters, through the study of the four representative urban parks in Chongqing, specifically investigate the spatial and temporal distribution and use activities of the park, the different needs of different people, the quality of the space environment, etc. This paper studies the relationship between population health and urban park space environment, promotes the spatial environment characteristics of population health, and determines the key content and direction of urban park spatial planning under the guidance of health. It provides an empirical basis for the space optimization design in the next chapter. The fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of urban park space environment, and sets up the contents of the park spatial environment planning to promote the population health. Chapter six summarizes the full text.
