【摘要】： 漢字燈箱屬于異型槽形字燈箱,是一種漂亮美觀、節(jié)能省電的立體異形廣告燈箱。異型槽形字燈箱以其獨(dú)特的造型、亮麗的外觀以及節(jié)省電力的LED照明燈光在歐美迅速流行開來,與普通的廣告燈箱相比,它能給商家和店鋪帶來更為顯著的廣告效果,由此可以預(yù)見,在不久的將來,它也會(huì)在中國迅速流行開來。異型槽形字燈箱的制作材料主要為鋁板,需要對鋁板進(jìn)行剪切加工,而漢字燈箱鋁板數(shù)控剪齒機(jī)的主要功能是提取矢量漢字信息、擬合漢字輪廓,并根據(jù)輪廓的曲率、長度、拐角等參數(shù)自動(dòng)在鋁板上沖裁出鋸齒口,以供制作立體槽型字燈箱之用。 本文主要介紹漢字燈箱鋁板數(shù)控剪齒機(jī)的機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和軟件系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。在對數(shù)控剪齒機(jī)總體方案構(gòu)思的基礎(chǔ)上,首先介紹了矯直裝置的矯直原理,設(shè)計(jì)方法和設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的計(jì)算選擇,其次還介紹了沖裁機(jī)構(gòu)、送料機(jī)構(gòu)、切斷機(jī)構(gòu)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法、設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算以及要注意的事項(xiàng),最后介紹了矢量漢字的存儲(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)和提取方法,以及加工信息的提取和生成。 剪齒機(jī)的機(jī)械部分主要有鋁帶卷支架、矯直機(jī)構(gòu)、沖裁機(jī)構(gòu)、送料輥、切斷裝置五部分組成,其中矯直機(jī)構(gòu)的作用是整平拉直展開的鋁卷,上矯直輥要做成可上下移動(dòng)的,以適應(yīng)不同的鋁板,沖裁機(jī)構(gòu)帶有兩個(gè)沖模,分別沖裁不同角度的缺口,送料機(jī)構(gòu)和矯直機(jī)構(gòu)一樣要做成可上下移動(dòng)的。 軟件系統(tǒng)主要是提取矢量漢字信息,電腦系統(tǒng)中矢量漢字是以關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)來存儲(chǔ)的,這就需要利用Bezier曲線擬合漢字輪廓。擬合輪廓后計(jì)算每個(gè)閉合輪廓上線段的長度、曲率來獲得加工信息。

The manufacturing material of the special shaped slot type light box is mainly aluminum plate, which needs to be cut and processed. The main function of the CNC cutting machine of Chinese character light box aluminum plate is to extract the vector Chinese character information, fit the Chinese character outline, and according to the curvature and length of the contour, the main function of the CNC cutter is to extract the vector Chinese character information, and to fit the outline of the Chinese character. Corner and other parameters automatically cut out the sawtooth on the aluminum plate for the production of three-dimensional groove type light box. This paper mainly introduces the mechanism design and software system design of CNC cutting machine for aluminium plate of Chinese character light box. On the basis of the conception of the overall scheme of the NC cutter, the straightening principle, the design method and the calculation selection of the design parameters of the straightening device are introduced, and the realization method of the blanking mechanism, the feeding mechanism and the cutting mechanism are also introduced. Finally, the storage structure and extraction method of vector Chinese characters, as well as the extraction and generation of processing information are introduced. The mechanical part of the shearing machine mainly consists of five parts: aluminum tape coil bracket, straightening mechanism, punching mechanism, feeding roller, and cutting device. The function of the straightening mechanism is to straighten out the aluminum coil, and the upper straightening roller should be made up and down movable. In order to adapt to different aluminum plates, the punching mechanism has two punching dies and punches the notches at different angles respectively. The feeding mechanism and the straightening mechanism should be made to move up and down. The software system is mainly to extract the vector Chinese character information, and the vector Chinese character is stored in the computer system by the key points, so it is necessary to fit the outline of the Chinese character by using the Bezier curve. After fitting the contour, the length and curvature of the line segment on each closed contour are calculated to obtain machining information.
