【摘要】：《危機公關(guān)指南》是德意志聯(lián)邦共和國內(nèi)政部于2014年8月出版的一份藍(lán)皮書,主要介紹了危機爆發(fā)時的應(yīng)對策略,無論是規(guī)律性爆發(fā)的危機,還是突發(fā)型危機,大到國家范圍內(nèi)的,小到公司內(nèi)部的危機,國際機構(gòu)或者企業(yè)組織應(yīng)該如何去應(yīng)對,對此這本藍(lán)皮書給出了詳細(xì)的答案,所以本人認(rèn)為對該文本進(jìn)行翻譯具有一定的價值。從文本的語體以及語言風(fēng)格來看,原文屬于比較正式的偏政治性的文章,不同于文學(xué)翻譯的是,作者想表達(dá)的意思不需要譯者過多去揣測,文本內(nèi)容意思比較明確。此外還有兩個問題需要注意:一,雖然文本意思明確,想要找到對應(yīng)的專業(yè)術(shù)語,使譯文達(dá)到同等正式政治性文章的語體風(fēng)格,還要求譯者在危機公關(guān)這一領(lǐng)域下足功夫,了解該領(lǐng)域的一些基本概念;二,如何對名詞化的動詞進(jìn)行處理。學(xué)習(xí)德語的同行都知道,越是正式的文章,名詞的重要性越大,出現(xiàn)的頻率也非常之高,主要體現(xiàn)在動詞名詞化、形容詞名詞化等。本文將依據(jù)尤金·奈達(dá)的動態(tài)對等理論以及約翰·卡特福特的轉(zhuǎn)換理論,對詞類轉(zhuǎn)換著重進(jìn)行探討。根據(jù)卡特福德的轉(zhuǎn)換理論,轉(zhuǎn)換主要分為結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換、詞類轉(zhuǎn)換、單位轉(zhuǎn)換和系統(tǒng)內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)換,我所要討論的主要是詞類之間的轉(zhuǎn)換,包括上文所提到的,如何對名詞化的動詞進(jìn)行處理,還有對介詞、形容詞等的處理。漢語中的介詞和形容詞不具有很強的含義包容性,所以我會把德語中的介詞或者形容詞轉(zhuǎn)換成漢語的動詞,必要的時候可能還要轉(zhuǎn)換成小分句。
[Abstract]:The crisis PR Guide is a blue book published by the Ministry of the Interior of the Federal Republic of Germany in August 2014. It mainly introduces the coping strategies when the crisis breaks out, whether it is a regular one. This blue book gives a detailed answer to a sudden crisis, from a national crisis to a crisis within a company, and how international institutions or business organizations should deal with it. Therefore, I think that the translation of the text has certain value. From the perspective of the style and style of the text, the original text is a relatively formal and partial political article, which is different from literary translation. The author does not need the translator to speculate too much on the meaning of the text, and the meaning of the text is clear. There are also two problems to be noted: first, although the meaning of the text is clear, the author wants to find the corresponding technical terms. To achieve the stylistic style of the equivalent formal political text, translators are also required to make great efforts in the field of crisis public relations and to understand some basic concepts in this field; Second, how to deal with the nominalization of verbs. Learning German peers know that the more formal the article, the greater the importance of nouns, the frequency of appearance is also very high, mainly reflected in the nominalization of verbs. Based on Eugene Nida's theory of dynamic equivalence and John Carter's theory of transformation, this paper focuses on part of speech conversion. Transformation is mainly divided into structural transformation, part of speech conversion, unit conversion and intra-system transformation, I will mainly discuss the conversion between parts of speech, including the above mentioned, how to deal with the nominalization of verbs. Chinese prepositions and adjectives do not have a strong meaning inclusive, so I will convert German prepositions or adjectives into Chinese verbs. If necessary, you may have to convert them into clauses.
