【摘要】：翻譯是一門有自身建構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)性和科學(xué)性的獨(dú)立學(xué)科,但早期的翻譯研究較少關(guān)注非文學(xué)文本。這影響了翻譯學(xué)科的完整性,有必要對(duì)非文學(xué)翻譯進(jìn)行了解完善。而法律文本的翻譯作為一種代表性專業(yè)性翻譯,它與文學(xué)翻譯有很大的不同。我們需要按照文本類型來選擇合適的翻譯策略。本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告結(jié)合法律類文本的特點(diǎn),運(yùn)用奈達(dá)的動(dòng)態(tài)功能對(duì)等翻譯理論,探討了法律文本的翻譯策略。本報(bào)告主要包含以下四部分內(nèi)容：第一部分為翻譯實(shí)踐總體描述,簡(jiǎn)要介紹了本次翻譯實(shí)踐的背景和緣由、翻譯對(duì)象文本的選擇以及性質(zhì)和特點(diǎn)。第二部分為翻譯實(shí)踐過程描述,詳細(xì)記錄了包括譯前準(zhǔn)備、翻譯過程、譯后審校等翻譯前后的整個(gè)過程。第三部分為翻譯案例分析,運(yùn)用相關(guān)的翻譯理論,對(duì)原文和譯文進(jìn)行了比較分析,解決翻譯實(shí)踐過程中遇到的具體問題,達(dá)到翻譯理論與翻譯實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的目的。第四部分為結(jié)論,對(duì)此次翻譯實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了總結(jié),簡(jiǎn)要講述了譯者關(guān)于此次翻譯實(shí)踐的心得體會(huì)。
[Abstract]:Translation is an independent discipline with its own construction, systematicness and scientificalness, but early translation studies paid less attention to non-literary texts, which affected the integrity of translation. It is necessary to understand and improve the translation of non-literary texts, and the translation of legal texts, as a representative and professional translation, It is quite different from literary translation. We need to choose appropriate translation strategies according to the text types. This translation practice report applies Nida's dynamic functional equivalence theory in combination with the characteristics of legal texts. This paper discusses the translation strategies of legal texts. This report mainly includes the following four parts: the first part is a general description of translation practice, which briefly introduces the background and reasons of this translation practice. The second part describes the process of translation practice, including pre-translation preparation, translation process, post-translation revision and so on. The third part is a case study of translation. Using the relevant translation theories, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the original text and the target text, solves the specific problems encountered in the course of translation practice, and achieves the purpose of combining translation theory with translation practice. The fourth part is the conclusion. This paper summarizes the translation practice and briefly describes the translator's experience in this translation practice.
