【摘要】：民營(yíng)企業(yè)是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分，，為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)和吸納勞動(dòng)就業(yè)發(fā)揮著重要的不可替代的作用，是加快我國(guó)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)的重要推動(dòng)力量。隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，民營(yíng)企業(yè)暴露出一系列的非經(jīng)營(yíng)道德行為，如誠(chéng)信缺失、假冒偽劣、污染環(huán)境、損害員工合法權(quán)益等。這些不僅損害了企業(yè)聲譽(yù)，影響了民營(yíng)企業(yè)自身的生存和發(fā)展，而且在一定程度上擾亂了市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序，阻礙了整個(gè)社會(huì)的可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。因而無論是從企業(yè)自身的微觀角度還是從社會(huì)發(fā)展的宏觀角度來看，民營(yíng)企業(yè)道德建設(shè)問題研究都具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。論文采用文獻(xiàn)研究、案例分析、多學(xué)科交叉等方法，對(duì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)道德建設(shè)的相關(guān)問題 進(jìn)行探討和分析。首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外民營(yíng)企業(yè)道德建設(shè)己有研究成果進(jìn)行梳理和總結(jié)，進(jìn)行了相關(guān)概念的界定并針對(duì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)道德建設(shè)問題研究的理論依據(jù)予以概述，在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了民營(yíng)企業(yè)道德建設(shè)的重要意義；然后通過對(duì)我國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)重大道德失范事件的典型例證，剖析了民營(yíng)企業(yè)道德建設(shè)的失范現(xiàn)象及其危害性，這些問題突出表現(xiàn)為制假售假、偷稅漏稅、勞資糾紛、污染環(huán)境等方面。究其原因，筆者分別從內(nèi)部和外部?jī)纱蠓矫婕右躁U述。內(nèi)部原因與企業(yè)管理者的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念、員工的道德意識(shí)以及企業(yè)文化的重視程度相關(guān)，外部原因則與法律規(guī)制、社會(huì)輿論監(jiān)督、消費(fèi)者的影響有關(guān)。在明確影響民營(yíng)企業(yè)道德建設(shè)制約因素的基礎(chǔ)上，針對(duì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)道德建設(shè)的對(duì)策進(jìn)行了探討。民營(yíng)企業(yè)道德建設(shè)是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)工程，只有民營(yíng)企業(yè)的內(nèi)部建設(shè)和外部建設(shè)形成合 力，做到統(tǒng)籌兼顧、突出重點(diǎn)，才能標(biāo)本兼治，以促進(jìn)企業(yè)的穩(wěn)定、健康和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。論文緊扣民營(yíng)企業(yè)道德建設(shè)與思想政治教育的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系和邏輯關(guān)系，以更新理念來拓展民營(yíng)企業(yè)道德建設(shè)的新視角，充實(shí)內(nèi)容來豐富民營(yíng)企業(yè)道德建設(shè)的新內(nèi)涵，完善方法來探索民營(yíng)企業(yè)道德建設(shè)的新思路，優(yōu)化環(huán)境來培育民營(yíng)企業(yè)道德建設(shè)的新氛圍，系統(tǒng)分析民營(yíng)企業(yè)道德建設(shè)的策略。
[Abstract]:Private enterprises are an important part of our national economy, which plays an important and irreplaceable role in the growth of our economy and the absorption of labor and employment, and is an important driving force to accelerate the construction of a harmonious socialist society in our country.With the development of socialist market economy, private enterprises have exposed a series of non-business moral behaviors, such as lack of good faith, fake and shoddy, pollute the environment, damage the legitimate rights and interests of employees and so on.These not only damage the reputation of enterprises, affect the survival and development of private enterprises themselves, but also disturb the order of market economy to a certain extent, and hinder the sustainable and healthy development of the whole society.Therefore, the study on the moral construction of private enterprises is of great theoretical and practical significance both from the micro perspective of enterprises themselves and from the macro point of view of social development.This paper adopts the methods of literature research, case analysis, and multi-disciplinary crossing to analyze the related problems in the moral construction of private enterprises.To discuss and analyze.First of all, the domestic and foreign private enterprise moral construction has been sorted out and summarized, and related concepts are defined and the theoretical basis for the study of private enterprise moral construction is summarized.On this basis, this paper analyzes the important significance of the moral construction of private enterprises, and then analyzes the phenomenon and harmfulness of the moral construction of private enterprises through the typical examples of the major incidents of moral anomie in private enterprises in our country.These problems are characterized by counterfeiting, tax evasion, labor disputes, environmental pollution and so on.Investigate its reason, the author separately from inside and outside two big aspects to expound.The internal reasons are related to the management idea of the enterprise managers, the moral consciousness of the employees and the importance of the enterprise culture, while the external reasons are related to the legal regulation, the supervision of the public opinion and the influence of the consumers.On the basis of defining the restrictive factors affecting the moral construction of private enterprises, this paper probes into the countermeasures for the moral construction of private enterprises.The moral construction of private enterprises is a systematic project, and only the internal and external construction of private enterprises are in harmony with each other.In order to promote the stability, health and sustainable development of enterprises, we should take all factors into account and highlight the key points.In this paper, the inner relation and logic relation between the moral construction and the ideological and political education of the private enterprise are closely related, the new angle of view of the moral construction of the private enterprise is expanded by renewing the idea, and the content is enriched to enrich the new connotation of the moral construction of the private enterprise.To improve the methods to explore the new ideas of the moral construction of private enterprises, optimize the environment to cultivate the new atmosphere of the moral construction of private enterprises, and systematically analyze the strategy of the moral construction of private enterprises.
