【摘要】:食物自古以來就與人的關系十分密切,它是人的三餐必須品,食品是否安全在一定程度上決定著人的安全與否。食品安全問題也一直以來是我們黨和國家關心的重要問題。黨的十八大曾提出,要“提高人民健康水平”,并指出“健康是促進人的全面發(fā)展的必然要求”,“要堅持為人民健康服務的方向”。只有食品安全了,人的健康才有了保障,也從而保證了人的全面發(fā)展。健康關系千家萬戶,而食品安全則是健康的首要要求。餐飲業(yè)是直接與食品有聯(lián)系的行業(yè),且在市場經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展的今天,隨著人們生活水平的提高,越來越多的人選擇在外就餐,從而餐飲業(yè)也是與人們關系最密切的行業(yè)。而人們在外就餐最看重的是食品安全與衛(wèi)生,一旦某餐飲食品出現(xiàn)問題,不但會使自己陷入短時的違法犯罪事件中,而且更嚴重的是將使自己的餐飲店丟失大好的發(fā)展前途。一個餐飲店起決定作用的是其經(jīng)營者,因此,餐飲業(yè)的一切狀況都會是因其經(jīng)營者而起,所以說,要解決其存在的問題,使餐飲業(yè)不斷完善與發(fā)展,就應從其經(jīng)營者著手。本研究運用定性和定量相結(jié)合的方法,對餐飲業(yè)經(jīng)營者的道德良知教育進行了分析,得出當前餐飲業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀表明其行業(yè)確實存在一些嚴重問題,且這些問題不但需要強制法律做保障,而且更需要道德良知做支撐的結(jié)論。道德良知是餐飲業(yè)經(jīng)營者最基本的道德要求,是其道德底線,必須維護。從當前餐飲業(yè)經(jīng)營者的道德良知認知、道德良知情感與道德良知行為來看,都或多或少的存在這樣或那樣的問題。因此,在完善相關法律的同時應從餐飲業(yè)經(jīng)營者的道德良知認知、道德良知情感與道德良知行為入手,使其遵守基本道德良知,從而保障食品安全,為社會主義和諧社會的構(gòu)建做貢獻。
[Abstract]:Food has been closely related to people since ancient times. It is a must for three meals. Food safety to a certain extent determines human safety. Food safety has always been an important issue of concern to our party and country. To "improve the level of people's health" and point out that "health is an inevitable requirement for promoting the all-round development of human beings" and "must adhere to the direction of serving the people's health". Only when food is safe can people's health be safeguarded. It also ensures the overall development of human beings. Health is related to thousands of households, and food safety is the primary requirement of health. The catering industry is an industry directly connected with food, and today with the rapid development of the market economy, With the improvement of people's living standards, more and more people choose to eat out, so the catering industry is also the industry most closely related to people. Not only will you get yourself into a short-term crime, but even more seriously, you will lose your own restaurant's bright future. It is the operator who decides a restaurant, so, All the conditions of the catering industry are caused by its operators. Therefore, in order to solve the existing problems and make the catering industry perfect and develop continuously, we should start from its operators. This study uses the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. This paper analyzes the moral conscience education of the restaurant operators, and draws the conclusion that the present situation of the catering industry shows that there are some serious problems in the catering industry, and these problems not only need to be protected by the compulsory law. Moral conscience is the most basic moral requirement and the bottom line of its morality, which must be maintained. In view of moral conscience emotion and moral conscience behavior, there are more or less problems of one kind or another. Therefore, while perfecting the relevant laws, we should take the moral conscience cognition of the restaurant operators at the same time, Starting with moral conscience emotion and moral conscience behavior, we can make them abide by basic moral conscience, so as to ensure food safety and contribute to the construction of socialist harmonious society.
