　　“被動(dòng)”表述是語(yǔ)言中的普遍現(xiàn)象,但英語(yǔ)的被動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)和漢語(yǔ)被動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)存在很大差異,給英漢翻譯轉(zhuǎn)換帶來(lái)困難。為了提升建筑工程合同翻譯中被動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)的翻譯質(zhì)量與效率,本文基于自建《施工合同條件》英漢平行語(yǔ)料庫(kù),考察建筑工程合同文本中英語(yǔ)被動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)在漢語(yǔ)中的對(duì)譯形式。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),該語(yǔ)料庫(kù)中英語(yǔ)被動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)在翻譯轉(zhuǎn)換為漢語(yǔ)時(shí)主要有7種模式。另外,筆者對(duì)被動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)中的動(dòng)詞進(jìn)行了檢索,結(jié)果顯示:雙語(yǔ)語(yǔ)料庫(kù)的被動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)中共出現(xiàn)128個(gè)動(dòng)詞,筆者以頻數(shù)5為界限將這些動(dòng)詞分為高頻動(dòng)詞(25個(gè))和低頻動(dòng)詞(103個(gè))。分析發(fā)現(xiàn):雙語(yǔ)語(yǔ)料庫(kù)中的一些高頻的動(dòng)詞在被動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)中的譯法基本一致,因此,筆者依據(jù)名詞術(shù)語(yǔ)表的形式,嘗試將這25個(gè)高頻動(dòng)詞做成了動(dòng)詞術(shù)語(yǔ)表,本術(shù)語(yǔ)表可作為建筑工程合同中被動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)翻譯的語(yǔ)義參考。本研究基于語(yǔ)料庫(kù)的檢索數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)高頻動(dòng)詞譯法基本一致這一現(xiàn)象,提出了動(dòng)詞術(shù)語(yǔ)表概念,雖然準(zhǔn)確性有待考究,但是這也不失為一個(gè)新的研究方向,對(duì)被動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)的翻譯質(zhì)量和效率的提升有著重要意義。但是本研究也有一定的不足。首先,研究方法有待于進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化。其次,語(yǔ)料數(shù)量有限,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果有待于更大量級(jí)的建筑合同專業(yè)語(yǔ)料庫(kù)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。
