【摘要】：本文以地緣政治理論為視角,通過對朝鮮半島的發(fā)展史、各大國對朝鮮半島的爭奪以及朝鮮半島核問題爆發(fā)后各大國的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)變這三方面,探究朝鮮半島地緣政治價值的歷史性變化。近代朝鮮半島地緣政治價值在甲午中日戰(zhàn)爭和日俄數(shù)次爭奪中逐漸凸顯出來,隨著日本殖民統(tǒng)治入侵朝鮮,朝鮮半島的地緣政治價值隨著被擱淺,然而冷戰(zhàn)時期美蘇對朝鮮半島的分別管控使得朝鮮半島的地緣政治價值再次被推上國際舞臺。但冷戰(zhàn)時期的朝鮮半島作為東西方意識形態(tài)對立的前沿地帶地緣政治價值并不明顯。朝鮮半島在冷戰(zhàn)之后蘇聯(lián)的倒塌東西勢力失去平衡國際形勢巨變,地緣政治理論隨之發(fā)生相應變化,尤其是在朝鮮核問題爆發(fā)后朝鮮不顧國際社會反對以及金正恩執(zhí)政后加強政權的一系列舉措來看朝鮮的擁核決心是不可撼動的。崛起中的中國和俄羅斯,以及重返亞太的美國,仍舊在謀求政治大國地位的日本,和政局動蕩不定的韓國,各國圍繞著朝鮮半島核問題而產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟、安全等利益的激烈爭奪,使朝鮮半島的地緣政治價值迅速達到最高點。朝鮮半島的地緣政治價值新變化主要體現(xiàn)在朝鮮半島地區(qū)地緣政治互動的主客體身份的轉(zhuǎn)變,以及朝鮮由被動地位轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉e極主動以一個地區(qū)獨立國家的身份參與地區(qū)地緣活動的互動中。朝鮮半島地緣政治價值新變化,通過朝鮮半島地緣政治歷史性變化有助于地緣政治價值理論的探索。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the geopolitical theory from the perspective of the development history of the Korean Peninsula, the major powers on the Korean Peninsula as well as for the nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula after the outbreak of major strategic transformation of these three aspects, explore the historical changes in the Korean Peninsula geopolitical value. Modern Korean Peninsula geopolitical value for the Sino Japanese War and several times in the Russo Japanese gradually emerged, with the invasion of the Korean Japanese colonial rule of the Korean Peninsula geopolitical value with stranded, but during the cold war on the Korean peninsula were the control of the Korean Peninsula geopolitical value once again pushed on the international stage. But as the geopolitical value of frontier region of the East West ideological confrontation during the cold war the Korean Peninsula is not obvious. The Korean Peninsula after the cold war the Soviet Union collapsed things out of balance forces the international situation changes, regional governance The changed, especially in the outbreak of the Korean nuclear issue after North Korea despite the opposition of the international community and strengthen the ruling regime of Kim Jeong-eun after a series of initiatives of North Korea's nuclear determination can not shake. The rise in Chinese and Russia, and the United States to return to Asia, still in the position of seeking political power in Japan. The political situation and cranky South Korea, countries around the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue and the economic competition, security interests, so that the Korean Peninsula geopolitical value quickly reached its highest point. The new changes in the geopolitical value of the Korean Peninsula mainly reflects the changing geopolitical status of subject and object interaction in the Korean Peninsula, and North Korea by passive position into a positive interaction with independent countries participate in geopolitical activities in the Korean Peninsula. The geopolitical value of the new variable The historical changes in the geopolitics of the Korean Peninsula contribute to the exploration of the geopolitical value theory.
