盡量減少有機物和一些營養(yǎng)元素(氮和磷)的含量被認為是城市污水處理廠的關(guān)鍵問題。含有大量營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)或有機質(zhì)的廢水在流入各水域時可能會破壞大自然的平衡。由于活性污泥法的簡單、實用,因此經(jīng)常用來處理市政污水。在活性污泥工藝中,微生物主要是細菌,它們將有機和無機物質(zhì)代謝成生態(tài)友好的形式,導致絮體的自發(fā)聚集。這一過程被稱為生物絮凝,它被認為是污水處理廠有效運行的核心因素;钚晕勰嗟拿撍院统两敌允腔钚晕勰喾ǖ膬蓚重要指標。一方面,污泥沉降性越差,有機物就越容易隨出水流出。另一方面,脫水性差不僅使污泥處理非常復雜,而且耗能耗時。有研究表明,污泥的沉降性和脫水性能與水中離子有關(guān),主要通過DCB(二價陽離子橋)和DLVO(Derjaguin-Landau-yerwey-Overbeek)理論影響污泥的絮凝。本文旨在深入研究去離子化對活性污泥特性和微生物群落的影響。第一章簡要介紹了所調(diào)查主題的背景。第二章是關(guān)于廢水處理機制、活性污泥工藝以及生物絮凝問題的概述。第三章詳細介紹了本文使用的材料和方法。在第四章第一節(jié)中,分別以接種在自來水合成廢水(SWT)和蒸餾水合成廢水(SWD)中的活性污泥為例,研究了去離子...
