【摘要】：近年來(lái)，國(guó)內(nèi)的心理咨詢(xún)行業(yè)發(fā)展十分迅速。目前國(guó)內(nèi)的心理咨詢(xún)師隊(duì)伍的來(lái)源大致可以分為兩種：經(jīng)過(guò)系統(tǒng)專(zhuān)業(yè)訓(xùn)練的心理學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)生和通過(guò)社會(huì)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)的咨詢(xún)師。學(xué)校作為專(zhuān)業(yè)心理咨詢(xún)工作者培育的主要陣地，在心理咨詢(xún)師隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)中起著非常重要的作用。學(xué)校的專(zhuān)業(yè)教育水平直接決定了未來(lái)咨詢(xún)師隊(duì)伍的專(zhuān)業(yè)性。了解學(xué)生的心理咨詢(xún)勝任力，能夠給學(xué)校的專(zhuān)業(yè)教育提供很多參考，有利于進(jìn)一步完善學(xué)校的專(zhuān)業(yè)教育。本研究選取學(xué)校心理學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象，通過(guò)細(xì)致深入的訪(fǎng)談，詳細(xì)了解心理學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生從事心理咨詢(xún)工作的成功及失敗案例，反復(fù)整理訪(fǎng)談資料，探索心理學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生在從事心理咨詢(xún)工作時(shí)必須具備的勝任力特征，，編制心理咨詢(xún)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生從事心理咨詢(xún)工作的勝任力量表，并將量表施測(cè)與心理學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生，歸納出結(jié)論如下： 第一，質(zhì)性訪(fǎng)談的結(jié)果顯示，心理學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生從事心理咨詢(xún)的勝任力特征為：共情、耐心、自我認(rèn)識(shí)、尊重、觀察力、資料收集、專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)掌握以及度職業(yè)的熱愛(ài)。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析與訪(fǎng)談分析，將這八個(gè)勝任力特征歸為三類(lèi)： 核心勝任力：自我認(rèn)識(shí)、對(duì)職業(yè)的熱愛(ài) 個(gè)人特質(zhì)：共情、耐心、尊重 職業(yè)技能：觀察力、資料收集、專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)的掌握 第二，通過(guò)Cronbach系數(shù)的考察結(jié)果表明根據(jù)質(zhì)性訪(fǎng)談編制的《心理學(xué)學(xué)生從事朋輩心理咨詢(xún)工作的勝任力量表》信度良好;通過(guò)對(duì)量表的內(nèi)容效度和結(jié)構(gòu)效度的考察,證實(shí)量表同時(shí)具有良好的效度。 第三，通過(guò)對(duì)所編制的問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行探索性因子分析，其結(jié)果和編制量表時(shí)的理論構(gòu)想基本上是吻合的,說(shuō)明質(zhì)性研究的理論構(gòu)建是有效和可靠的。 第四，質(zhì)性訪(fǎng)談所確定的八大勝任特征可作為研究心理學(xué)學(xué)生從事心理咨詢(xún)的勝任力的可靠理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the domestic psychological counseling industry is developing very rapidly. At present, there are two kinds of psychological counselors in our country: the graduates of psychology who are trained systematically and the counselors who are trained through social institutions. As the main position of professional psychological counsellors, school plays a very important role in the construction of psychological counselors. The professional education level of the school directly determines the professionalism of the future consultants. Understanding students' psychological counseling competence can provide a lot of reference for the professional education in schools, which is helpful to further improve the professional education in schools. This research selects the psychology major student of the school as the research object, through the meticulous in-depth interview, the detailed understanding psychology major student is engaged in the psychological consultation work the success and the failure case, arranges the interview material repeatedly, To explore the competency characteristics of psychology major students when they are engaged in psychological counseling, to compile the competency scale for psychological counseling students, and to test the scale with psychology major students. The conclusions are summarized as follows: first, the results of qualitative interviews show that psychological students' competence in psychological counseling is: empathy, patience, self-awareness, respect, observation, data collection. Professional knowledge and professional love. Through literature analysis and interview analysis, the eight competency characteristics are classified into three categories: core competence: self-awareness, love of the profession, personal traits: empathy, patience, Respect for vocational skills: observation, data collection, mastery of professional knowledge, second, The results of Cronbach coefficient showed that the competency scale for Psychological students engaged in Peer Psychological Counseling based on qualitative interviews had good reliability, and the content validity and structural validity of the scale were investigated. It was proved that the scale had good validity at the same time. Thirdly, through the exploratory factor analysis of the questionnaire, the results are basically consistent with the theoretical conception when the scale is compiled, which shows that the theoretical construction of qualitative research is effective and reliable. Fourth, the eight characteristics of competence determined by qualitative interviews can be used as a reliable theoretical basis for the competence of psychological students in psychological counseling.
