人格特質(zhì)對無意識思維效應(yīng)的作用

【摘要】:近20年來,決策心理學已成為心理學研究領(lǐng)域的研究熱點之一;而Dijksterhuis等人于2006年提出的無意識思維理論(Unconscious Thought Theory, UTT)則是這一熱點研究領(lǐng)域中興起的新的研究課題。該理論指出人類有兩種思維模式——意識思維和無意識思維。意識思維適用于簡單問題的決策,無意識思維適用于復雜問題的決策。他們稱在復雜問題中無意識思維對問題解決的促進作用為無意識思維效應(yīng)(unconscious thought effect, UTE)或沉思無需注意效應(yīng)(deliberation-without-attention effect)。然而,不少研究發(fā)現(xiàn)無意識思維效應(yīng)并不穩(wěn)定。Dijksterhuis等人從研究范式、問題復雜度等方面探討了影響無意識思維效應(yīng)穩(wěn)定的因素,不同于探究無意識思維效應(yīng)的外部穩(wěn)定因素的研究,本研究試圖通過研究內(nèi)部因素——人格對無意識思維的影響,來證明人格特質(zhì)對無意識思維效應(yīng)的重要作用,即并非所有個體使用無意識思維效應(yīng)解決復雜問題都可以出現(xiàn)無意識思維效應(yīng)。本研究將對此進行驗證,并探討哪些人格特質(zhì)影響無意識思維效應(yīng)及其影響機制。 本研究基于以往無意識思維研究范式,考察受暗示性、信任以及A/B型人格等人格特質(zhì)對無意識思維效應(yīng)影響。通過兩個研究得到以下結(jié)論: 第一,受暗示性對無意識思維效應(yīng)有顯著影響,,高受暗示性組在室友選擇任務(wù)中的態(tài)度差異得分邊緣顯著優(yōu)于低受暗示性組;信任對無意識思維有顯著影響,高信任組在室友選擇任務(wù)中的態(tài)度差異得分顯著優(yōu)于低信任組。 第二,A/B型人格對無意識思維效應(yīng)有顯著影響,A型人格個體在室友選擇任務(wù)中的態(tài)度差異得分顯著優(yōu)于B型人格個體。 本研究在理論層面上進一步擴展和深化了對無意識思維的理解,統(tǒng)合了當前無意識思維研究的結(jié)果。在無意識思維理論的內(nèi)穩(wěn)因素中引入人格特質(zhì)這一變量,從人格角度解釋了當前研究結(jié)果的不一致。在現(xiàn)實層面上,本研究為人們?nèi)绾胃玫厥褂脽o意識思維來解決復雜問題提供了指導和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the last 20 years, decision psychology has become one of the hotspots in the field of psychology research, and the Unconscious Thought Theory (UTT), which was put forward by Dijksterhuis and others in 2006, is a new research topic in this hot research field. This theory points out that there are two modes of thinking in human beings - conscious thinking and Unconscious thinking. Conscious thinking applies to the decision of simple problems. Unconscious thinking applies to complex problems. They call the unconscious thinking in complex problems the unconscious thought effect (UTE) or the deliberation-without-attention effect (deliberation-without-attention effect). However, many studies have found that the effect of unconscious thinking is not stable..Dijksterhuis and others have discussed the factors that affect the stability of the unconscious thinking effect from the research paradigm and the complexity of the problem. It is different from the study of the external stability factors that explore the unconscious thinking effect. This research attempts to study the internal factors, personality to unintentional factors. The influence of intellectual thinking proves the important role of personality traits to the unconscious thinking effect, that is, not all individuals can have unconscious thinking effects with the use of unconscious thinking effects. This study will verify this and explore which personality traits affect the unconscious thinking effect and its influence mechanism.
Based on the previous research paradigm of unconscious thinking, this study examines the effects of personality traits, such as suggestive, trust and A/B personality, on the unconscious thinking effect. The following conclusions are obtained through two studies:
First, it has a significant influence on the unconscious thinking effect. The margin of the attitude difference in the roommate selection task is significantly better than that of the low implied group, and the trust has a significant influence on the unconscious thinking, and the attitude difference score of the high trust group in the roommate selection task is significantly better than that of the low trust group.
Second, type A/B personality has a significant effect on unconscious thinking effect, and A personality individuals scored significantly better than B personality individuals in roommate's choice task.
This study further expands and deepens the understanding of unconscious thinking and integrates the result of the present unconscious thinking. The variable of personality trait is introduced into the internal stability factor of the unconscious thinking theory, and the inconsistency of the current research results is explained from the personality angle. Better use of unconscious thinking to solve complex problems has provided guidance and reference.
