內(nèi)向和外向大學(xué)生情緒調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)隱態(tài)度的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:研究目的:實(shí)驗(yàn)1采用自編的情緒調(diào)節(jié)版內(nèi)隱聯(lián)想測(cè)驗(yàn)(ER-IAT)來研究內(nèi)向和外向大學(xué)生情緒調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)隱態(tài)度是否具有差異性。實(shí)驗(yàn)2研究不同誘發(fā)情緒是否會(huì)對(duì)內(nèi)向和外向大學(xué)生情緒調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)隱態(tài)度產(chǎn)生影響。研究方法:采用《內(nèi)傾和外傾問卷》進(jìn)行調(diào)查,篩選出內(nèi)向和外向大學(xué)生各60名。實(shí)驗(yàn)1運(yùn)用自編的情緒調(diào)節(jié)版內(nèi)隱聯(lián)想測(cè)驗(yàn)(ER-IAT)對(duì)內(nèi)向和外向大學(xué)生進(jìn)行施測(cè),探討內(nèi)向和外向大學(xué)生情緒調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)隱態(tài)度的差異性;實(shí)驗(yàn)2用兩段電影片段誘發(fā)內(nèi)向和外向大學(xué)生的消極情緒和積極情緒,再運(yùn)用情緒調(diào)節(jié)版內(nèi)隱聯(lián)想測(cè)驗(yàn)(ER-IAT)來探討內(nèi)向和外向大學(xué)生情緒調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)隱態(tài)度是否會(huì)受到不同誘發(fā)情緒的影響。研究結(jié)論:通過兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)獲得以下主要結(jié)論: (1)不同性別大學(xué)生情緒調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)隱態(tài)度不存在顯著性差異。 (2)內(nèi)向大學(xué)生對(duì)情緒控制持有積極的內(nèi)隱態(tài)度,外向大學(xué)生對(duì)情緒表達(dá)持有積極的內(nèi)隱態(tài)度。 (3)相比男內(nèi)向大學(xué)生,女內(nèi)向大學(xué)生對(duì)情緒表達(dá)的內(nèi)隱態(tài)度較為積極。不同性別外向大學(xué)生情緒調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)隱態(tài)度不存在顯著性差異。 (4)女大學(xué)生情緒調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)隱態(tài)度在兩種誘發(fā)情緒后積極程度均下降,誘發(fā)消極情緒的影響較大。男大學(xué)生情緒調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)隱態(tài)度沒有受到兩種誘發(fā)情緒的影響。 (5)內(nèi)向大學(xué)生情緒調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)隱態(tài)度在誘發(fā)消極情緒后積極程度上升,誘發(fā)積極情緒后沒有變化;誘發(fā)消極情緒的影響較大。外向大學(xué)生情緒調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)隱態(tài)度在兩種誘發(fā)情緒后積極程度均下降,但影響沒有顯著性差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: in experiment 1, the implicit association test (ER-IAT) was used to study the differences between introverted and extroverted college students. In experiment 2, we studied whether different induced emotions had an effect on implicit attitude of introverted and extroverted college students. Methods: an introverted and extroverted questionnaire was used to select 60 introverted and extroverted college students. In experiment 1, the implicit association test (ER-IAT) was used to investigate the difference of implicit attitude between introverted and extroverted college students. In experiment 2, two movie clips were used to induce negative and positive emotions of introverted and extroverted college students. Then the implicit association test (ER-IAT) was used to explore whether the implicit attitude of emotion regulation in introverted and extroverted college students was affected by different induced emotions. Conclusion: the main conclusions are as follows: (1) there is no significant difference in implicit attitude of emotion regulation among different genders; (2) there is a positive implicit attitude towards emotional control in college students. Extroverted college students have positive implicit attitude towards emotional expression. (3) female introverted college students have a more positive implicit attitude towards emotional expression than male introverted college students. There was no significant difference in implicit attitude of emotion regulation between different genders. (4) the positive degree of implicit attitude of emotion regulation in female college students decreased after two kinds of induced emotion, and the influence of induced negative emotion was greater. The implicit attitude of emotion regulation of male college students was not affected by two kinds of induced emotion. (5) implicit attitude of inner regulation of emotion in college students increased positively after inducing negative emotion, but did not change after inducing positive emotion; The influence of inducing negative emotion is greater. The positive degree of implicit attitude of emotion regulation in extroverted college students decreased after two kinds of emotion induction, but there was no significant difference between them.
