　　這項(xiàng)綜合性研究揭示了社區(qū)參與和政府支持對(duì)提升塞拉利昂社區(qū)健康水平的作用。社區(qū)參與對(duì)社區(qū)健康的促進(jìn)作用在塞拉利昂一直存在缺陷。過(guò)去幾十年來(lái),這種不利趨勢(shì)并沒(méi)有緩解塞拉利昂衛(wèi)生部門(mén)面臨的挑戰(zhàn),例如不稱職和不充足的醫(yī)務(wù)人員、衛(wèi)生中心數(shù)量少且設(shè)備差、醫(yī)療藝術(shù)設(shè)施的閑置以及與人口與需求增長(zhǎng)不相匹配的后勤條件,尤其是在農(nóng)村邊緣地區(qū)。該項(xiàng)研究試圖通過(guò)政策制定來(lái)揭示政府和社區(qū)對(duì)健康水平改善方面的作用。本研究綜合運(yùn)用理論與數(shù)據(jù)分析的方法,所用數(shù)據(jù)根據(jù)研究目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查所得。一共發(fā)放問(wèn)卷300份,回收256份,問(wèn)卷回收率為85.3%。在驗(yàn)證樣本充分性和數(shù)據(jù)有效性、可靠性后,該研究使用穩(wěn)健的統(tǒng)計(jì)工具和模型測(cè)試了研究中假設(shè)的關(guān)系。分層回歸顯示,社區(qū)健康促進(jìn)政策與政府支持和社區(qū)參與對(duì)社區(qū)健康水平提升的積極關(guān)系,說(shuō)明通過(guò)實(shí)施證明成功的社區(qū)健康促進(jìn)政策,政府和社區(qū)可能被視為對(duì)該政策提供了高水平的支持。這項(xiàng)研究的結(jié)果強(qiáng)調(diào)了政府支持和社區(qū)參與對(duì)健康促進(jìn)的作用。研究結(jié)果通過(guò)推論統(tǒng)計(jì)支持了假設(shè)的關(guān)系。這項(xiàng)研究對(duì)于深入了解社區(qū)參與和政府對(duì)社區(qū)健康促進(jìn)的支持至關(guān)重要。該研究還從社區(qū)參與和政府支持兩個(gè)方面為促進(jìn)健康提供了關(guān)鍵...
