【摘要】：醫(yī)院康復(fù)科病人在脫離生命危險(xiǎn)后,如何以積極的心態(tài)進(jìn)行康復(fù)訓(xùn)練,如何將醫(yī)務(wù)社會(huì)工作更好的嵌入到醫(yī)院康復(fù)科中為病人提供服務(wù)是困擾醫(yī)務(wù)社會(huì)工作者的一個(gè)難題。本文通過文獻(xiàn)法、參與式觀察法以及在醫(yī)院康復(fù)科的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷得出當(dāng)前醫(yī)院的管理體制不健全,醫(yī)務(wù)社會(huì)工作者在醫(yī)院的定位不清,社會(huì)工作者在為病人提供專業(yè)服務(wù)中存在大眾對(duì)于社會(huì)工作的認(rèn)同感不高,倫理困境等問題。針對(duì)目前社會(huì)工作在醫(yī)院中存在的問題,從醫(yī)務(wù)社會(huì)工作在醫(yī)院管理制度中的嵌入和社會(huì)工作價(jià)值觀在病人健康照顧中的人文關(guān)懷兩個(gè)方面,提出在制度方面應(yīng)完善相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、將社會(huì)工作納入到醫(yī)療服務(wù)體系中等,在人文關(guān)懷方面應(yīng)當(dāng)秉承社會(huì)工作的專業(yè)價(jià)值觀,加強(qiáng)社會(huì)工作者自身的專業(yè)知識(shí)和道德素養(yǎng)等。 全文共分為六個(gè)部分。第一部分主要闡述了選題的背景、問題的提出和研究的意義。第二部分是文章相關(guān)重要概念的梳理以及本研究相關(guān)的研究綜述。第三部分介紹了本文采用的研究方法及研究的過程。第四部分是從管理體制方面闡述了目前社會(huì)工作在醫(yī)院開展服務(wù)中存在的障礙,并提出解決辦法。第五部分是從人文關(guān)懷的角度,闡述了筆者在醫(yī)院的實(shí)習(xí)中,在為病人提供服務(wù)的過程中,需要遵守的價(jià)值觀及遇到的倫理困境。第六部分是針對(duì)社會(huì)工作者在為康復(fù)科病人提供服務(wù)過程中遭遇到的問題,從剛性的制度管理方面和柔性的人文關(guān)懷方面提出建議。
[Abstract]:How to carry out rehabilitation training with a positive attitude and how to better embed medical social work into the hospital rehabilitation department to provide services to patients is a difficult problem for medical social workers. Based on the literature method, the participatory observation method and the practice experience in the rehabilitation department of the hospital, this paper concludes that the current hospital management system is not perfect, and the position of the medical social workers in the hospital is not clear. In providing professional services to patients, social workers have some problems such as low public identity to social work, ethical dilemma and so on. In view of the existing problems of social work in hospitals, this paper discusses the embedding of medical social work in hospital management system and the humanistic care of social work values in patient health care. It is suggested that the relevant laws and regulations should be perfected, social work should be brought into the medical service system, the professional values of social work should be adhered to in the aspect of humanistic care, and the professional knowledge and moral literacy of social workers should be strengthened. The full text is divided into six parts. The first part mainly expounds the background, the problem and the significance of the research. The second part is the related important concepts of the review and research review. The third part introduces the research methods and the research process. The fourth part is from the management system aspect elaborated the present social work in the hospital to carry out the service the barrier, and proposed the solution. In the fifth part, from the angle of humanistic care, the author expounds the values to be observed and the ethical dilemma encountered in the course of providing service to the patients in the practice of the hospital. The sixth part is to put forward suggestions on rigid system management and flexible humanistic care for social workers in the process of providing service to rehabilitation patients.
